Name: Raziel XIV, Keeper of Secrets, Angel of Mysteries, also known as Lord Haragorn Zelphados

Age: Approximately sixty billion years

Race: High Archangel

Alignment: Neutral

Responsibilities: Protecting the Sefer Raziel HaMalakh. Maintaining the balance between the forces of Hell and Heaven. Mediating certain disputes between said powers. Monitoring communications between said powers. Keeping neutral worlds neutral. Marking and protecting safe territories. Doing everything that is entailed by all these responsibilities.

Skills: Manipulation of matter. Generation of black holes. Divine magic abilities. Flight. Nigh-immortality. Intelligence. Elemental abilities through use of various Familiars. Teleportation. Telekinesis. Healing. Ressurection. Teaching. Writing. Telepathy. Invulnerability to physical attacks.

Biography: Raziel XIV was born from a branch of the Tree of Life. He grew up with Raziel XIII, who trained him for five billion years so that he could fullfill his role as the fourteenth Raziel. Upon the end of his ten-billionth year, he took over the job. There's really not much to tell.

Position: The position of Raziel has always been filled since the first demon split off from Heaven. The holder is always a High Archangel, born from the Tree of Life. Each Raziel has another name that they go by, which is less formal. Raziel I, also called Galizur, wrote the Sefer Raziel HaMalakh, and it has been cared for and protected by the Raziels ever since. The Raziels maintain order, and see to it that neither Heaven nor Hell gains absolute power, to stave off the end of the universe. The Raziels do not live in Heaven or Hell, but roam about. After they pass on the role of Raziel, they lose much of their power and retire to a simple life. and so the cycle continues.
