So my birthday. Yes, my birthday, you missed it. I'm another year older, another year dumber. Not wiser. Definitely not. Anyway, about my birthday September twelfth. September one-two. This year I wanted a Companion Cube cake, an actual Companion Cube cake, so we went to the store and asked if they would do it, providing them with plenty of references and said they no. No? NO? NO! Why no? You put people's FACES on cakes, can't you make a Companion Cube cake? Of course not. But I bet you could if you really tried. Lazy. No, it's because they don't get paid for it. No special orders.
So about my birthday. From my parents I got a black shirt with skeletons that make up a guitar, a lovely trench coat, and my Sony Handycam. Now, about this Handycam, I've been asking for one since I first saw the commerical years ago. Took 'em long enough. I've had fun with it so far. Lots of fun to be had in the future. Because, hey, look at the bright side, I can start putting my thoughts in vocal form instead of constantly writing letters to myself or mumbling incoherently aloud, and I can also put certain scenes in my mind to life. Little movies. Sure. My brother has enough friends; it'd be possible. Videos for me, not you. Oh, from my brother and his girlfriend I got N+ (since I loved the 360 version I got the DS version; that game is so hard it makes me hate life), lace choker, and the hoodie I'd been pining for from Hot Topic. Yay me. And of course, my friend got me stuff, too; an Alice in Wonderland fuzzy color poster, a heart necklace, roses, and lotion. Yay me.
Oh, but I did get my Companion Cube cake. They scanned the picture and put it right in the middle covered by pink and gray icing. Buttercream, yum~
For my birthday dinner we went to Olive Garden; a first for me. I usually never go to a restuarant I've never been to as a child, never been to Olive Garden. I could eat their chicken alfredo forever and ever and ever and ever and ever. My brother told them it was my birthday and guess what, they do something special! They came out with this small cake that was oh so delicious and sang some kind of tune, not the usual Happy Birthday melody. It was nice. Did I mention the cake was delicious? So after Olive Garden we went to Borders outside the mall and inside the mall--since they didn't have what I was looking for in the big Borders (because we have two Borders right across from each other; one big one outside the mall, one small one inside the mall). Didn't find what I was looking for. However, I did find a magazine I will forever fawn over. Gothic Beauty Magazine. I don't know how long it's been out but I just recently found it and I adored it. I was literally drooling over the pages. Someone, get me a subscription to that magazine! Hurry! Oh everything in that magazine is loooovely~
What else happened? Not much. And I'm too tired to try to think, which is why my writing is so choppy. Huh. For once I'm tired before five in the morning. Okay, well, I usually get tired by three but I can't sleep until five. Weird me. Happy birthday to meeee.... two days ago....
