well actually this was abt a mnth ago now
but i was thinking abt i t and decided to write abt it here;
well for the first twelve hrs i ddnt really notice, none of us dd. we hung around and chatted, painted, played games on someones Xbox. then around dinner time, instead of eating we watched three movies in a row. I ddnt choose the movies, and so we watched Fantastic Four, Batman Begins and Spider Man 3. then we got bored of super-hero movies and started unpacking our sleeping bags and so on. actually the whole 'unpack, blow up airbeds etc' thing took about a hour or two. the boys slept upstairs, us girls slept downstairs. by the time all fifteen or however many of us girls had unpacked it was abt 11:15pm. we had to queue for the toilets and bathroom etc :3. then we settled down and told ghost storys, that were so unscary that we told 'english man, irish man and scottish man' jokes instead. at midnight, some one said, "you know, we havent eaten for twelve hours."
by 3 am, only abt five of us were awake. soon i decided to get some sleep too, and next thing i knew it was 8:15 am and the boys were playing badminton outside the room. then bob, who is abt 16 or 17 yrs old, comes in and plays guitar hero really loudly, along with groggy yells of "get out of here you pervert!!"
suddenly i realised that i was really hungry but soon forgot again as we rushed to get ready. the worst part though, was when some ppl came walking past, eating donuts. stressed sweatdrop and then a woman comes in and gives us a ten pound note. ten pounds!! ao anyway then we watched abt 5 episodes of family guy. by that time we were really hungry, and someone suggested going to church and we all dd because nobody can ever bother arguing and anyway, it was something to do. and as we stepped outside, i was hit by the sudden brightness. i mean, it was a foggy day, quite cold, but the sky seemed to glow white. it was a relief to get inside the church, but the sermon went on way too long, and it was twenty minutes after twelve, which seems like hours when you are hungry. then suddenly... we smelled pizza!! so we ran on to find someone had cooked it for us!! after we all had at least three slices :3 someone found a packet of biscuits, y'know the amazing english ones, and everyone pigged out some more.the end ~~~
it was all for charity too biggrin we altogether raised abt £1000 i think
also it was fun in a hungry way
the money went to help lost children in India
