Well good news for once. As of March 10, 2008 The Crazy Bakery Manager Jhon is gone woot! Cliff notes version:
Start: We got the Moron why he wasn't doing his job. Mistake on company's part we are the bigest freaking store down here. If he wasn't doing his job at a small store what made them think he would do it at a big store?
Thanksgiving time: We all knew one of our girls was "Prego" did he care NO. He put all of the heavy load on a broken cart and made he push it in to the freezer. The cart slid back hitting her in the stomach and well no more "Prego."
Loss of hours: She had to take a month off of work which meant there was an extra 24 hours in the department. So guess what did me of the other male co-worker get them? NO we did not the "Manager" expected us to do a full 8 hours worth of work in 4 hours.
Breaks and meals: He would get pissy if we took them even though we are to get them by state law. One day I had to go really bad he told me to wait I kept waiting till guess what Kidney Infection Yay. I Missed three days of work. Believe me I almost got a write up for that. Next meal/break was this I went to lunch on my fourth hour He came up to me and said "So ill see you back in the Bakery in 20 minutes?" My response "No you will see me 45 minutes since you put me down for an hour lunch." Yes you should have seen the look in his eye he got Craige (Store Manager) to come out side and talk to me. I told him I was on a scheduled break while it was slow and if they didn't like it they should not give me an hour lunch.
Store Shops: In the past I got one bad shop My PSR is 98%. So when the Female co-worker lost he baby we got shopped didn't do so well they blamed me. I was getting a biopsy that day. They got pissy any way plus they still haven't said sorry.
Yelling Match: There have been three times that "manager" yelled at me. One I would not greet him an hour be fore my shift. Two I called him back to the bakery, I was still on lunch. He said to me "lets get one thing straight I'M THE MANAGER!" He should act like it then. Last but not least He Lost 4 cake orders and yes you guessed it blamed it on me meh he'll get his.
Bakery to Deli: I worked for one week in the deli. Everyday I worked he would yell at someone form there just cause their Manager was on vacation. Double Standard he would yell at us if we went into "His Bakery" but we could not do anything if went behind the Deli. I took it to a Supervisor He told me to quit complaing and that I should be happy that I'm no longer in the Bakery.
Deli to Vons.com: That was the final straw! I talked to the Manager of Vons.com, I asked if she needed help she said yes. So that is when I got my cool new job and far from the a*****e as I could get! Since getting This job Woot lost 10lbs and i hope to lose more ^^.
Last Yelling match and GONE: So Frankie Manager of .com went on vacation and we got Glen, hes a pretty cool guy. He printed all of the lists for each department like he should. Handed them to who they went to and when he handed the bakery list to Jhon he was not happy so he said to me "I don't care about your orders you can take what I have out!" Well I told Glen, Glen told Craige, Craige told Dale is the District Manager for the Bakery. After all of that we are finally rid of him WOOOOTTTT!!!!
Double Job: Since hes been gone the new bakery manager wants to know if I will help out of course I said yes. So long as that means I will have a full fourty hour week ^^. So now I will work both Bakery again and Vons.com =^.^=
