Technology is evil?
Technology has advanced a lot over the past few years. You could almost call it a revolution! There has been a lot of inventions that helps not only humans but also nature. That’s why I think that advances in technology is not evil.
Almost everything around us is technology. Advances in technology can help society and Earth. Yes, technology has harmed the Earth, but now it is trying to make up for it’s damage. We have invented hybrid cars that save fuel. Also we have come up with many alternative energy sources other than burning coal like: solar energy, wind energy, nuclear energy, and geothermal energy. All of these alternative sources uses Earth’s natural energy and uses little to no fuel to power. That way we don’t harm the planet with more pollution. If there wasn’t any advancement in technology people might die from their sickness, like if someone had cancer. Advances in technology allowed that person to get surgery to reduce the tumor inside of him or her. Advances in technology has to be invented to find cures for cancer too. Since many citizens have cancer, an advance in technology can change that! That way, so many people can live and be happy. There are also many discoveries that technology can make, like to see if there are other life forms on different plants. To see if there are other life forms on different plants we would need more advanced technology to support it.
Thought technology is usually good, it is also bad in some ways. It has caused more pollution, destroyed the environment, and created WMD, weapons of mass destruction. Technology has cause global warming to quickened up and has killed a lot of cute, furry animals. Also advances in technology has killed many people in wars like: WWI and WWII. These are some of the negative results of advances in technology.
Though technology has quickened global warming and endangered many species, it has also helped the environment and people. That is why I do not think that technology is evil at all.
