Tomorrow. We go back. To do the same repeditive number we've run every year since we were quite young. Bred for a future, trained for the future. What future one might ask.
Well...a future that demands twelve hours of work. Five but most likely more days a week. Riddled with traps under the guise of federal agencies and other such buisnesses that claim to "help" the people. A future that allows people to remain on welfare while the rest of society works themselves to death in the literal sense. The retiring age of the new generation is around seventy and last heard could very well be rising.
We are taunted by the thought of a glorious age just around the corner. A technological breakthrough that will cure all ills. A space colony and then maybe intergalactic space travel.
O yes. Some glorious future we're in for. So little children. Let's go back to school like good little boys and girls. O but wait. In school they teach a different past then we read in the old history books our parents have. Well that's the thing kids...they are protecting you all from all the ofensive things in the past.
O yes. They have changed that too. The past. No longer do we have "Adam and Eve" it is now "Eve and Adam". There is no more God, Devil, Satan, or Hell. They have changed that or are changing that.
How wonderful, huh...but of course...it might just be me. The grass is always greener the saying goes....forgive me for my raving... sweatdrop
