Too many sweets, though @_@ I didn't have to do my english presentation, I aced Delgado's quiz, and I nearly finished the entire math test, even though I only had to finish the first two pages (there were 3). Karen (and everyone else) was freaking out about the test. I just couldn't remember what was on it sweatdrop But Karen is amazing and had her notes all nice and summed up ^_^ I definitely aced it!
Eww...my head still feels weird from the trash can xd Thank you Riggs for totally distracting 'Toria with that xd
ooo, I had "birthday immunity" today! That meant I could poke 'Toria without fearing retaliation! ^_^ lol, I got her good after she dragged me to find Mr. Bailey, who wasn't around, thankfully. I really didn't want a hat.
And the tornado drill was a nice addition to my day! I got a few minutes less CW, which was a relief. Someone drew on the note I left about the caps lock key xd I wonder who it was. Watch, it's probably a freshman I know xd
oh, and I thought I was going to die in physics today crying He spent most of class on this one problem that you can solve sooooooo much faster! Emma was getting confused in his explaination, so I showed her what I did, which she explained to Erika. Then, she figured out how to do the problem so you don't have to multiply by 2 at the end. It's useful to know for the type 4 problems. It was a 2, though. AND he was taking forever. I did get to ask him about my (shorter) method, which he said would work. Okay, so here's my question: why didn't he just show us that way first? It actually makes more sense, if you think about it. Ball A is thrown up in the air while Ball B is thrown down towards the ground at the same time, at the same velocity. What is the time delay between the two balls striking the ground? I forget the numbers. When Ball A returns to the starting location, it will be going the same speed as it was when it started, so it'll hit the ground in the same amount of time after that point as Ball B did. The only time difference is the time it took Ball A to go up and come back down to the starting point. That's all you have to figure out! But everyone else apparently went and tried to find the time it took Ball B, then A, then subtract the two. UGH. That takes FOREVER.
xd So, we were singing "Hairspray" in choir and Castillo asked us who knew the words and stuff for the main line. So, Becca, Stephie, Liz, and I all volunteered. xd It was funny. But then other ppl sang it, and Paz, Bri, and Meagan couldn't sing it very well 'cause they didn't know the words too well, or the melody, so I filled in for them when they stopped xd I know it pretty well, since I learned the first few bars for some reason, and we've heard the rest of it a zillion times. "He's Corny!"
We got all the way to "You Can't Stop the Beat" today! Just reading and singing. But we got to my very favorite line! I even liked it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 9th grade! It's my quote for the day. I had forgotten how much I liked that line. It's fun to sing, too! It was the alto part in the old one. I think it is in the new music too. I'm so switching parts if it is. It's too fun to miss! Ooooo, we start working on the movements at music camp, and we get to show off what we've learned Saturday! It's too bad Erin's busy sad I was going to see if my mom could pick her up, bring her to come get me, watch us have our fun, and then go hang out for a while. I have fun dancing ^_^ lol, it's waaaaaaay too much fun whee
"You can't stop today (No!) as it comes speeding down the track. Ooo, child, yesterday is hist'ry (Be gone!), and it's never coming back!"
