sakura was wandering in the forest lost and confused
Ari had been lost in this forest for days. She had left the remains of her village in hopes of finding somewhere else to stay.
Sakura trips over a root and doesnt get up because she is soo hungry
As Ari continued to make her way through, she came upon a small clearing. Within the clearing she saw a girl, who appeared to be about the same age, lying unconsciously on the ground. Ari quickly ran over to help her.
Sakura's stomach growled again and she grooned
"Hey are you ok?" Ari asked shaking her gently. Ari then heard a strange growling noise. She alertedly looked around her, thinking that the noise was coming from a demon, but she was wrong. She soon discovered that the noise was coming from the girl's stomach.
"Uhg!!...." Sakura moaned
Ari decided that she should make a small meal for the girl for when she awoke. Ari decided to try and find a place where she could find food. She then pulled the girl onto her back and continued to walk. Eventually she found a small spring. Ari then set the girl down and went into the stream to attempt to catch fish. Then started a fire and set the fish she cought beside it to cook
Sakura smelled the smell of fish cooking and woke up and went strait to the fish and stared at it hungryly
"You might want to wait until the fish is finished before eating it," Ari suggested with a smile, "I'm glad to see you're awake."
Sakura noded and continued to stare at the fish and dooling(anime style lol)
"So can you tell me what you were doing so far into the forest?" Ari asked.
".... well..."Sakura snaping out of it and looking at Ari "... to be perfectly honest .... i'm not exactly sure" She said sadly
Ari, noticing her sadness, decided not to press the matter. "Can you tell me your name?" she asked.
"..... i think it might be Sakura but im not sure..."
"You're not sure?" Ari questioned.
"..... yah it seems i cant remeber anything from before yesterday afternoon" Sakura said with a sigh
Oh, I'm sorry to hear that," Ari replied sadly, "So have you been lost in the woods ever since you lost memory?"
"Unfortunatly yes..." Sakura said checking the fish if it was ready
Noticing Sakura's constant watch over the fish, Ari finally replied, "Okay, the fish should be ready for you to eat now."
"Yay!!" Sakura said with a cat like grin on her face as she went to pick up the fish and take a bite.
Ari quickly took notice of how Sakura was scarfing down her food. "Here," she said handing Sakura her fish, "You should build up your strength."
"heh... thanks" sakura said and started to eat a little slower trying not to make herself sick
"So where are you heading from here?" Ari asked.
"hmm i'm not sure..." Sakura said
"Well, if you've got no other place to go, why not travel with me for awhile? How bout it?"
"sure!! Sounds like fun" Sakura said with a smile
"Good," Ari replied, "Then you should get some rest. After all, we'll be leaving first thing in the morning."
"Oki doki!!" Sakura said and then layed down next to the fire
"Night," Ari said as she turned over to go to sleep.
Sakura slept deeply
The night soon faded away and sunlight Brought the morning. "Hey wake up sleepy head," Ari said.
"huh?" Sakura looked up with one eye open
"It's morning silly," Ari teased.
"nuuuuu...." Sakura said sitting up and rubbing her eyes "...im up,...i'm up...." she said tiredly
Well here," Ari said handing Sakura a fish, "I made us some breakfast."
"oo! thank you " Sakura accepting the fish
"Once you're finshed,we should get going," Ari suggested, "Who knows how long it's going to take us to find a way outta here."
"heh heh yah...." Sakura finishing off the fish that was handed to her
After they finished eating, they left the clearing. They continued walking through the forest until Ari smelled a village nearby. They continued following the scent until the village was in sight. "Finally, we made it out," Ari said happily.
"Yay!!" Sakura spun around ina circle a few times
"Well, should we go to that village?" Ari asked hesitantly.
"yup!" sakura says and starts running to the village
"Ok," Ari said quietly as she followed after Sakura.
sakura kept running not paying attention to where she was going and strait into Inuyasha and fell over from the impact were as inuyasha just stood there
"Hey watch where you're going!" Inuyasha said angrily.
"....nyuu....im sorry" Sakura looked up at Inuyasha with a tear in her eye
"Sakura!" Ari shouted as she quickly ran to her side, "Are you ok?"Inuyasha immediately felt bad for lashing out at the girl.
"...i think im okay" Sakura said turning to Ari
Kagome came out of kaede's hut because she heard inuyasha yell. Then saw inuyasha standing over Sakura and ran over yelling "Inuyasha!! Sit Boy!"
Inuyasha was immediately plummeted to the ground."W-what happened to him?" Ari asked.
"Oh, he's fine, but never mind him are you guys okay?" kagome said panicked "what did he do?"
".... he didnt do anything..." Sakura said embarassed "i wasn't paying attention and ran in to him..."
"We're sorry for all the trouble," Ari apologized."Don't worry about it," Kagome replied.
behind kagome's and Ari's back Sakura stuck her tounge out at inuyasha who was still on the ground
Inuyasha stood up. "What'd you do that for Kagome?!" he asked angrily."Because you were taking out your anger on someone who didn't even do anything to you!" Kagome retorted."What do you mean didn't do anything to me?! She ran into me!" Inuyasha shouted."Sit Boy!" Kagome yelled and Inuyasha was once again met with dirt.
Sakura got up from the ground and started to circle inuyasha and kagome
Ari just continued to watch from a safe distance
"what!!!?!?!?!" Inuyasha yelled at Sakura as she continued to circle them
"Inuyasha sit! stop yelling at her and me!!" kagome said
Well, I see you two are at it again," Miroku said."So what did you do this time Inuyasha?" Sango asked sacastically.
kagome relized how odd it was that Sakura was still circling them so she asked "what is it?"
"....somehow this reminds me of something but......OW!" Sakura said
"Are you okay?" Ari asked in concern.
Sakura fell on the floor holding her head in pain
"Sakura!" Ari shouted kneeling down next to her."Are you alright?" Kagome asked, also rushing to her side.
Sakura had passed out
keade came out of her hut and said "bring her inside!"
Ari nodded and quickly picked up Sakura and took her inside. Everyone foloowed her inside.
keade examined Sakura too see what was wrong with her "it seems she has a bad head injury!"
"A..bad head..injury," Ari said lowly, *So thats what she meant when she said she couldn't remember.*
"we mustnt let her try to remembr quickly or she may collapse again
Sakura groned in her sleep and started to wake up
"Sakura," Ari said, "How are you feeling?"
"uhhhg..... my head it pounding" sakura said sitting up
"Well, since you feel well enough to sit up, I have a question I'd like you to contemplate,"Miroku said as he took her hands in his, "Would you consider bearing my children?" Seconds later, Miroku was smacked in the head by Sango's Hiraikotsu."Miroku you're hopeless," she said.
Sakura stared at miroku in shock "......"
"I'm sorry, but I guess that's sorta of Miroku's way of greeting women," Kagome apologized."At least he didn't do what he does to Sango," Shippo added."What you mean this?" Miroku questioned as he started to rub Sango's butt. Sango immediately turned red."Miroku! Keep your hands to yourself!" Sango shouted as she slapped him hard across the cheek.
"hahaha" Sakura started laughing really hard
Ari also joined in laughing.
all the others started laughing too but inuyasha
"i dont get whats so funny" inyasha muttered and turned away
*I wonder why he's acting so grumpy* Ari thought to herself, but then she realized something. *Wait a minute* she sniffed the air to confirm it *he's a half demon, just like me* Inuyasha notied her staring at him"What are you looking at me like that for?!" Inuyasha asked angrily."Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to stare," Ari replied.
Sakura got out of the bed she was in
"Do you feel well enough to stand up?"
" yah i think ill be fine... i just wish i could remember..." sakura said sadly
"Tis a sad thing," Kaede replied, "But worry not. I think that your memories will return to ye sooner or later."
"yah i hope so..." sakura said with a sigh
"Don't wory, I'll stick with you the whole way," Ari said.
"thanks Ari" Sakura said with a small smile
"Well, thank you for all of your help, but we probably should get going," Ari said, "We still need to find a place to stay for the night.'"Nay," Kaede replied, "You will stay here."
"really??" Sakura said "thank you soo much" she said and huged keade
"Think nothing of it," she replied.
"Yay!!" Sakura ran over to ari took her by the hands and started spinning in circles
"What a buncha weirdos," Inuyasha said."Oh come on Inuyasha," Kagome replied, "They're just excited thats all."
"heheehe" Sakura continued to laugh and spin
"That reminds me, we were never properly introduced," Ari said and stopped spinning, "My name Ari, and this is Sakura."
"well, im kagome im sure you figure it out already but this is inuyasha"
"my name is sango and this is my pet kirara, and that pervert is Miroku " She points to miroku

shippou poped up from keade's sholder "and im shippou
"It's nice to meet you all," Ari said smiling.
Sakura nodded in agreement
"So tell me, what are two beautiful women such as yourselves doing in a place like this?" Miroku asked.
"....." Sakura stayed silent and looked at ari for she didnt know "I was lost in the woods...."
Ari remained silnet. She hadn't wanted to bring up the past events. "My village had been destroyed by bandits...because of what I am," Ari said sadly.Everyone didn't seem to understand."Because you're a half demon," Inuyasha said. Ari nodded her head.
"Half demon?" Sakura asked
"A half demon is someone who is born with human and demon blood. Thats why most people dislike them is because they're considered dirty blood or half breeds. Sometimes people can just be so cruel.
"well... thats stupid.... i mean being mean to someone because they are diffrent...." Sakura said
"Well, thats just the way it is," Inuyasha replied.
Sakura hugged Ari
Ari hugged her back

Sakura let go "im gonna go walk around for a little bit" Sakura said with a sad smile
"Do you want me to come with you?" Ari asked.
".... if you want" sakura said and started walking
Ari quietly left the hut, and followed Sakura.
Sakura went to the edge of town were there was a small river
"Are you okay?" Ari asked.
".... yah i just remembered something" Sakura said climbing a cherry tree that was in bloom
"What?" Ari asked as she climbed up after her.
"only one thing and .... lets say it isnt happy..." Sakura saying picking a cherry blossom
Ari sat herself upon a tree branch and awaited Sakura's answer.
Sakura plucked a petal and let it blow away in the wind "well.... the only thing i can remember is of people who weilded weapons and people i might have known in a village were murdered...."
Ari's eyes widened. "You mean, you remember your family being murdered?" she asked.
".... i dont know.... they might have been" Then sakura noticed that she was crying *what? tears?*
"Sakura, I think I'm gonna head back now," Ari said, "You ready?"
"huh? oh okay" Sakura wiped her tears quickly to hide it from Ari that she was crying and jumped down from the tree
"Are you feeling any better?" Ari asked.
"i think so..." Sakura said with a smile
"Good," Ari said as she held open the bamboo door for Sakura to enter. Then they both walked inside.
Inside there was a pot of boiling mystery soup
"Mmmm," Ari sniffed the smell of the soup, "that smeels delicious."
"uh-huh" Sakura said going closer to the pot
Ari quickly grabbed the bowls and brought them over near the pot.
Sakura grabed the spoon and took some out to poor in the bowls when she relized there was a sock in the spoon
"Uhh..." Ari was confused, "I'm guessing this isn't dinner."
Sakura blinked like crazy stareing at the spoon "i guess not...." then put the spoon back into the pot
"Hey where is everyone anyways?" Ari asked noticing everyone's strange absence.
"how should i know?" Sakura said " mabe they are out hunting or something..."
"Well, I hope they come back soon cuz I'm straving," Ari whined with a chibi like expression on her face.
"me too" Sakura sitting back and bitting her nail
Then Kaede came walking into the hut. Kaede, where is everyone?" Ari asked in worry.
"oh they went to go see Kagome off" Kaede said suprised
Why, is she going somewhere?" Ari asked.
"just home" kaede said
"Oh does she live near here?" Ari asked.
"sort of.... yah i suppose you can say that...."
"Huh?" Ari was confused.
"she doesn't live in our time...."
"What do you mean, not in our time?" Sakura asked."
"she came from the future from inside the bone eater's well" Kaede explained
"So she's from a different era." Ari concluded.
"yes"
Just then, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo entered the room. "Welcome back," Ari said as they sat down.
"hello " Sakura said with a giant smile
"hey, where is Inuyasha?" Ari asked."Oh, Inuyasha went with Kagome," Miroku explained, "Though he won't admit it, he's quite fond of her."
" aww how cute" Sakura said. she was sitting crosslegged on the floor with her hands on her ankles
"Tell me something," Ari pressed, "Is Inuyasha a half demon?"
"yes" Sango said
"Why do you ask?" Miroku questioned."I don't know," Ari answered, "Maybe because it's nice to meet someone whose like you."
"Even though they act just the opposite??" Sakura asked out of know where
"Well, you know what they say, 'opposites attract' isn't that right Sango," Miroku joked.
"Opposite is hardly the word to describe it you pervert," Sango retorted.
"hahaha!!!" Sakura started laughing really hard
"Well, no matter how much they deny it," Shippo stated, "Miroku and Sango still like each other, isn't that right?"
Sango blushed "no i dont!!!"
"Come, come now my dear Sango," Miroku joked, taking her hands yet again, "We need not hide our love anymore. Come kiss me."
Sango looks away blushing firously and a vien on her head and "SLAP!!!" She had slaped miroku across the face
"Ah my dear Sango, you spoil me," Miroku said rubbing his cheek.
Sakura stared at them in amazement of what had just happened
"Demons!" a villager could be heard yelling from outside. The sounds of screams quickly filled the village. Then a man burst through Kaede's doorway. "Lady Kaede," he said through his panting, "There is a large swarm of demons approaching the village, what should we do?"
"Quickly lead as many villagers as possible to Kasasagi," Kaede ordered, "We will handle the demons." The villager nodded and ran out.
"Alright!!" Sakura said getting up "slaying evil demons!!"
"Count me in!"Ari said
"Us too!" Miroku said
Sakura ran outside
"Wait for me!" Ari shouted as she ran after her, Miroku and Sango trailing behind her.
Sakura reached into her kimono and pulled out a dagger that had a few shikan jewl shard embeded into it
Ari pulled out of her glove pocket, a small ovular circle. As she held it in her hand a pole grew out of the end of it and became a weapon.
Sakura's dagger became engulfed in flames caused by the shards every time she striked a demon
