All of this was cooked in the microwave for two minutes as in a home made recipe.

Captain Higliner Sole fish microwaveable style.
It is microwaveable, but Dee lacked the Kaiser bun and the cheese singles. She said so. So, needless to say that although the fish was edible and cooked well enough, because she ate some and felt good afterward, she knows what she needs for next time. mrgreen
She had iced tea to drink.
She also had as an added lunch because she wasn't full from the fish...
KFC three piece chicken meal. It was a deep fried Chicken wing, a deep fried chicken drumstick, a deep fried chicken back, some homestyle real potatoes french fried with seasoning salt doused over top, chicken gravy with pepper in it and properly seasoned, and a medium pepsi to drink. A medium pepsi is about 500 mL of pepsi. 355 mL would be a small and 1 L is a large. 2L bottle is the extra large. Ha ha ha. She had a McDonalds vanilla ice cream cone for desert.
She feels fine this evening.
