I woke up at 7, and by 11, I had no sense of time passing. It felt like it had been way longer than just 4 hours. I watched The Price is Right, I ate breakfast, played the piano for what felt like an eternity, and got online and did all sorts of stuff...TWICE! crying But I'm starting a new Paper Mario game tomorrow morning. And beating Mario Tennis.
Actually, I might not. I might just wake up early and spend all morning riding around in "The Bitchmobile" on Double Dash. xd It's the awesomest car, along with the Bulletmobile ^_^ It's actually the Waluigi car, but I don't call it that. With Daisy and Toadette, it's virtually UNSTOPPABLE! twisted
ha, so I'm almost tempted to come to school tomorrow and ask Lorentz about the crazy math work. It's so hard crying Well, not all of it, but still...I don't get how the answer to one of the quadratic things is pi. How do you get pi out of the quadratic formula?! scream You don't! Meh...and with no book, I have to wait until I get one to do half the work, the stuff that we actually have to work out. Is the other stuff this insane, or is it just Calc AP work that is way off the charts? I mean, I saw the Alg. 2 work, which would've been fairly okay when I would've had it. I was helping Sam with it in science.
But the AP stuff...omgosh...FactoringFactoringFactoring. And quadratic formula. And synthetic division. And more factoring of 3rd degree polynomials that we never learned because Schex said we didn't need to learn it, we'd learn it later on. Yea...now they're telling us to look stuff up, when it's not in any book we have! It's not in the Adv. Math book, and we didn't get to keep the Alg. 2 book crying So, I'm glad I'm looking at it now. I'm not putting it on looseleaf, just in an old g-paper notebook. This way, I know what I don't know and have time to look it all up ^_^ Then I'll redo the problems in August. Or maybe July.
Music camp August 7-8, band and choir at different times, thank GOD. If it hadn't been for that ******** up little situation...I wouldn't have to be all TWITCHY! And some 8th graders want us to do a song in French xd hahaha, HECK NO! No more French. That stupid song we had to do was insane. Try learning to pronounce words that are all stretched out stare And sing them in the stratosphere stare And people wonder why some of us disliked Battle Ax stare I may have been an "outstanding chorister" that year, but I never liked her. NEVER. And if I was "outstanding", why did I never get to do anything extra?
Answer: because I'm not a good singer. I can play the piano and pick out notes quickly. That's my usefulness.
We're going to do a chorale next year (save us). And we were arguing about teh try-outs, sort of. Fortunately, Paz and I had the same idea. See, Charlotte wanted to do individual try-outs, but the problem is this: you have to be able to blend. So, Paz and I want group tryouts, trios or something. My idea was to get a song with 3 or 4 parts, where each part had a solo section ^_^ Simple, easy, and good for me ^_^ If it had been individual try-outs, I wouldn't have bothered. I sing well in groups, not alone. I mean, the days Seiler wasn't in school, choir was horrible when we were singing Tis the Gift and You Raise Me Up and Everlasting Melody. Because sopranos and altos sang separately for parts crying And I can't sing by myself.
Though, sometimes Seiler did mess me up. But I messed her up more. Because it just happens ^_^ But I helped her sometimes for Tis the Gift when I didn't have to sing.
So, the judges for the chorale wil probably be The Castillo and McBride ^_^ We recruited her xp Officers can't judge because we'd be biased. ie. I'd say no to most of those snotty little freshmen and sophmores of next year who are all prissy because they think they sing better than us xp I got news for them: at least we can BLEND. We might not all be pretty little SOLOISTS (lol, actually, just me...and sort of Kaitlyn, to be honest), but at least we know when to tone it down. GOSH.
Oooh, and just let them forget to turn in music twisted I would enjoy that. Just give me a chance to get to their cases.
Geez, that's a little vindictive... sweatdrop But they really do annoy me.
I still don't know how I'm going to get my email...
