Hey, this is for all those that have characters that will be entering the contests.
Before we get to rping one of the actual contests, we should figure out how someone wins.
I'm leaning towards a dice roll to decides who wins each one.
I want to discuss this with those that are involved with the contests so I can make it fair as possible.
The main contests will be like the contests are done in Hoenn,Sinnoh, and Johto.
In order for someone to enter the semi-finals, they have to win a flower crystal from each of the four main islands of Alola. They will be in the shape of a hibiscus and colored coded. The Melemele Island's crystal will be a yellow hibiscus. Akala's island will be a pink hibiscus crystal. Ulaʻula's is red hibiscus crystal. Finally but not the least is Poni Island with the purple hibiscus crystal.
Then for the semi-finals and finals it would be like the pokemon showcases in Kalos.
That's what's been going through my head but want get some input from y'all as well.

That sounds good to me! A dice roll is probably the best way to go about this. That, or have other players who don't have coordinators in the contest act as judges.

My plan for the judges is that whatever island that the current contest is at, the current Kahuna of that island will be a judge along with the Nurse Joy of that Island or a random guest judge. Then Selene is the one constant judge throughout the contests, on every island. We have only two Kahunas in play, Ordin and Kahiau.
So the dice rolls it will be the fairest way for pick the winner of each contest as I think it's mainly me and possibly Striker that don't have coordinators off the top of my head atm.
The first contest we will rp will be held at Akala Island.

"Ysabell" will be entering the contests.
I've thought of a few questions I think we could discuss:
1. How many contests is everyone up for?
2. Do we want head-to-head Contest battles like the Anime did, or would we rather focus on Appeals?
3. What does everyone really want from Contests?
