A 1x1 rp that is steampunk fantasy!! The Marketplace  (Saving plotting...) I feel like the bad guy should have a beef against Milo and the Ciardha. First I can think of that he would have against Milo is that he won Rosemary's heart way back when. mhm interesting about the bad guy...maybe yea someone that wanted rose or knew what milo and rose were and wanted their powers....something possibly an demon guy from another country? Perhaps he found out that the royal family had helped hide the away the deities away before her could come back to try to take Rosemary for his own anyway? So that would give him a reason to have Ciardha dead since he's direct descendant that help hid the deities in the first place. mhm makes sense that would give him a reason to try to take over Shidora and then had his son on the throne by him marrying Lia. if his plan was to work, that is, which doesn't.

 ☆═━ ᎦℰᎯɠᏲɖᏲᎯ ━═☆ Séaghdha was thinking on the newest news from one of the surrounding countries. There was mostly good news but something felt wrong about one of the reports for some reason to him. He wasn't sure why he thought this but he did. He had said something to Ciardha about it when alone with him but hadn't made a final decision on it yet.
He was actually on his way to speak with the king but stopped to look out at the castle garden that he was passing by. The rain make him think of simpler times of years past when Rosemary and him were young kids and play in the rain. There were a couple of times when their parents joined in the fun. Before Sea realized it, he walked out into the castle garden by the door that was closest to him. He let the years of memories go through his mind as he walked through the garden, letting the rain fall on him. The rain felt good against his face as it had been a bit warm in the castle. He was debating now to go back inside to seek the king or stay out here in the cool rain a bit longer. location ⊰ castle garden company ⊰ alone mood ⊰ Relax and content clothing ⊰ outfit (tags Aurelia)

 ❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ The princess had taken to sneaking about like her brother had from time to time. Knowing where all the little secret passages were around the castle. So she had snuck out for awhile, flitting about the market, just taking some free time to herself and all. She had even bought some sweets and such from the market. As it started to rain now, she was hurrying back to the castle. Technically, with her health, she wasn't really supposed to be out getting drenched or anything, at the risk of getting sick. She had managed to keep things secret for the most part about her health, though if she caught a cold and things got worse, then everyone would know. She wouldn't be able to keep things hidden.
She saw guards nearby and had to dart behind some flower bushes nearest the castle walls. Slinking along around the sides to where she knew the garden was. Since she couldn't get into one of the secret passages, she chose the next best thing. Climbing up the vines on the wall, with a little difficulty. Pulling herself up and over, she hadn't realized Seaghdha was there. She was climbing down the other end down into the garden, but got caught on some vines and slipped. "Ack!" It hadn't been a far fall, she'd just tumbled into some bushes, flailing about rather comically now with leaves all in her hair and looking a bit rumpled.

☆═━ ᎦℰᎯɠᏲɖᏲᎯ ━═☆ Séaghdha was about to leave the garden when he heard someone climbing over the wall. He hid where whoever that that was coming over the wall wouldn't see him after they were in the garden. He still could see who it was from where he was hidden but they couldn't see him. Sea had already pulled out one of his hidden daggers to use if the person was a foe.
But he wasn't expecting it to be Princess Aurelia of all people to be coming over the wall. He put the dagger away and came around from his hiding spot to help her up out of the bushes. As he got a closer look on what type of bush she was in, it was a rose bush. " Ahh look the rose bush sprouted a princess. Are you alright Princess Aurelia?" ❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ "Oof...dummy, hopefully no one heard or saw that..." Murmuring to herself, because she didn't want to get caught. Though seemed that wasn't going to happen, as someone had seen her. Seaghdha had come up to the rose bushes. Leaning over looking at her, hearing his remark, Aurelia blushed a little, giggling sheepishly. "Ahah so it has" Sprouted a princess, "...H-hi...Seaghdha...Uh...fancy meeting you here." Joking a little bit back.
Taking his hand when he offered, being pulled up out of the bushes. "I...I'm alright, just, a little rumpled...maybe a little bruised pride too." Maybe a bit of a bruised bum too, brushing herself off, shaking out her dress skirts to get out the wrinkling. She hadn't known there were leaves all in her hair yet. "Taking a stroll in the gardens? Not worried about getting all wet?" From the rain, she wondered curiously, striking up conversation, hoping to divert him from asking why she was climbing over the wall.

☆═━ ᎦℰᎯɠᏲɖᏲᎯ ━═☆ Séaghdha smiled back at seeing Aurelia blushed at his comment. " It's a pleasure to meet you here Princess Aurelia." Séaghdha said after he helped her out of the bushes. He wanted to tease her slightly about her 'leafy' crown in her hair but wasn't sure about that yet. He watched as she brushed herself off but not pulling out the leaves that were in her hair. "I can understand that. Yes, it was a little stifling in the hall so I came out here to cool off a little bit. No, since I do have this thick jacket on. Question is though, do you want to keep your 'leafy' crown in place? Or would you like some help taking it off?" Séaghdha asked her, knowing that she was trying divert him from asking why she was climbing the wall. He would say something to the guards about watching the wall next to the garden. If it had been someone else.... He wasn't sure what might have happen and with how things are.... ❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ "A pleasure," she nodded in agreement, to running into Seaghdha here. As he explained his reasoning for taking a stroll out here even in the rain, "It is stifling isn't it...it's...too stiff all the time too. One can always use some more...fresh air." Stating that in general in the castle, things always felt stifling, unless there was something fun going on. She even would lounge out in the gardens when she could, if she wasn't sneaking away from the castle. Just anything that would provide her some entertainment.
"C-crown....wha...O-OH," staring perplexed at him at first before she finally understood what he meant. A leafy crown, she must have leaves all in her hair from her tumble. Blushing even more from embarrassment at that, "A-ah...y-yes please, help would be greatly appreciated." Since she couldn't see where all the leaves were, and didn't want to look like a nut just shaking her head about to try and get them all out.

Or come get me to escort you in town so you don't have to take a another tumble like you did today on the way back in." Séaghdha got on to her slightly about that. He couldn't help it and the fact he was having that feeling about one of those reports... "I'll help you with that," Séaghdha said back to her as he began to puck the leaves and small twigs out of her hair. He remembered doing this for Rosemary several times in the past as well. But this time it was for the Princess Aurelia. The fact they were close to each other out in the rain and he was trying to not to think about how attractive Aurelia is. The smell of roses came from her as he took more leaves out of her hair. Her hair feeling soft to the touch as he had to untangle a few twigs from her hair. He made himself think of other things besides the princess. "So how was your visit of fresh air go?" ❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ Aurelia bit her lower lip a bit, nervously as Sea had pegged her about her sneaking out, in a subtle-ish way. Nodding, smiling as he offered to escort her if he were free too. "I'll keep that in mind, thank you, it's a good offer...I rather you then the guards..." Her sort of compliment and all, that she liked him better essentially.
"Thank you...again," smiling as he was helping to pluck out the leaves from her hair. She got a little sheepish sort of shy look in her eyes, having him stand so close, as she was looking up at him. Turning her eyes down, to look just under his chin, not at his face, because that just made her more nervous. Chuckling as he asked how her fresh air was, thinking about her tumble still, "Ahah, it was nice, I went to take a walk through the town square and the main market..." Pausing as she remembered something, just as he finished plucking the remaining bits from her hair. "OH, right the market!" Turning on her heel and leaning over the rose bush, fishing for something. She came up with her bag, smiling.
Opening it to show Sea, "I got these delicious pastries and breads in the market...everything's just so yummy. Would you like to share some with me...over tea, maybe? We can go...dry off then?" Chuckling lightly.

Was just him or did he noticed that Aurelia seemed a little nervous for a bit there? Either way, he didn't dwell on it much as she began to tell him what she did on her visit out.
Séaghdha wasn't expecting her to move so suddenly but covered quickly. The offer of pasteries and tea sounded lovely right now after being out in the rain. "That sounds really great right now. Let's go inside and go to the family solar room perhaps?"Séaghdha asked her before turning toward the closest entrance to the castle. He thought that would be the best place for them to have tea together right off. ❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ "Ahah...well...they're not bad...just...not the best company really. Plus it always ends up being rather prohibitive when we're in town and I'm just trying to be at my leisure...they're always on high alert. I know that's their job but still...that's why I sneak out. I mean, I know it's dangerous but it's still so much more relaxed." Carefree like and all, though it'd be nice if Sea were with her.
Nodding as he suggested the family solar room, "Great~ we'll get to warm up with some yummy tea and pastries." Walking with him back into the castle. They were on their way to the solar room when they were stopped, one of the servants stating they were needed by the King. Heading that way to speak to her father, Sea along with her. Because the King had requested Sea and Aurelia's presence.
"Yes father?" As they both got there and were told why they were called. Her brother had conceded the throne, because he just didn't want it, he didn't want to become king. So now, Aurelia was next in line. ((Left it open ended, you can Write Sea and Ciardha in the next post if u wanna? XD so the king says the reason and if there's anything else u wanna have him say.))

Needless to say that his comment about changes were coming, had come and the question was how to respond to that. Séaghdha had had a feeling that this might happen but wasn't sure if it would until now. He did wonder what mush be going through Aurelia's mind right now but he wasn't going to ask her right now since they were still with the king.

❂~Aurelia Montague~♕ Tilting her head curiously, Aurelia wondered if there was something Seaghdha wasn't telling her. With that comment of change is coming, she had to wonder if there was something he knew, since he was her father's advisor. Though as he mentioned Rosemary, "we were pretty inseparable before..." While they were younger, and she did wonder how she's been doing. They hadn't hung out in such awhile, "I shall have to invite her over. We'll need to catch up, we haven't gotten to hang out in awhile." Smiling thinking it was a good idea.
As they were standing there in front of her father, the king, Aurelia really had to wonder if Sea knew this was going to happen or not. She was stunned, standing there listening as her father explained that her brother had conceded the throne. Now she would be next in line, if she chose to be, or chose to concede as well. "Father, I...I do believe it is my duty to take on the responsibilities of the throne." Being that she was the princess and second after Roland. "But...I understand, that...the choice ought to be if I want the responsibility, not that it should be my duty to take it on...That it should be what I feel I want to do." That it should be something she ultimately actually does want, not something else.
"I do want to take time to think about it, as you've said father. I will give you my choice as soon as I can." As soon as she was certain of what she wanted. She had given him a tentative answer, that she did believe she wanted to rule, but wasn't entirely certain yet.

♛Ríoghnán Ciardha ♛ Ciardha was proud of Aurelia's answer. He knew that she was going to take it seriously and make a wonderful queen if she choose to take the throne after all. " Aurelia, that's all I ask of you. To make a informed decision that will ultimately change the course of you life is something you want to be sure of. Once you make that decision, there's no going back on it."Ciardha said soberly at the end. He wished that he hadn't had to be so serious like this but it is needed right now. "I will wait patiently as I can for that answer. For in the mean time, I want it to look and seem like Roland will still be the one to take the throne until we announce the change publicly when we want it known officially. Do not speak of it unless we alone with each other and not speak of it to anyone else." He said as it they were alone in there without any servants nor anyone else from the court save Sea. " Do I make myself clear? Then, Aurelia and Roland, you two can go on. I need to talk to Seaghdha for a while." He said as he wanted to discuss a few things with him, why were both Sea and Aurelia wet for one. The some things about the country but also possibly tease his advisor in some way.....
