Gaian Owner: KamashiSeno
Name: Logan Godrick
Gender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Race: Lycan
Age: In appearance: 28 / In centuries: 5.21

Personality: Can be serious and intimidating, but frankly is more colorful when being around specific people. He is caring with the people he likes and would do anything for their protection.

Powers/Skills: Transforms into a Lycan form, thus has gorgeous strength and high speed in both forms. Learned to live, survive in fact, alone, so is as strong as a small Lycan tribe all together.

Likes: To lie down on the green grass under the sun, take a bath in some random, fresh lake…

Dislikes: Vampires, free violence, being too nagged.

Story: Logan has always been a loner, as he never knew what it was to have a family. In the beginning of his existence, being alone, abandoned and willing to survive, he became a bloodthirsty beast who made its way through the lands in its Lycan form, devouring both animals and humans, not caring to know if there were any differences between those creatures.

Further on, tired and not understanding why he was being hunted down by angry bipeds, Logan changed country and took a step back to look at his life and behavior up until now. He changed back to his human form for the first time in a long time in some isolated place and something inside him seemed to be saying that he had been acting like a ferocious beast for too long. Thus, Logan decided to stay as much as possible in his human form and was now willing to learn and understand how he should actually behave in this world that was more than a hunting ground after all. On his new journey of becoming someone, Logan came across some humans, some villages and he tried his best to interact with them and understand the whole environment. He became more civilized with time, but due to his animal nature deep inside, he never really made his own place anywhere near humans, not willing to be judged. Even now he was alone in this vast world, but at least he knew better what he could expect of from it.

One thing he learned to despise throughout the years was vampires; bloodsucking creatures of the night that had no heart beat. Those creatures frankly get the creep out of Logan every time he comes across one, so for a long time he avoided them, but when those dreadful beings came to remind him of what bloodthirsty creature he was before, he began to fight them off from the villages he was near to. At first though, Logan thought he was a tough one, but seeing those damned creatures heal physically as fast as he did, he was less confident than he used to be. Once he found out how to eliminate those for good without getting deadly injuries each time though, his pride and confidence came back in double. He now masters vampire extermination, but mostly on a one versus one base… He has much difficulty when there is more than one at a time.

Gaian Owner: Ayame246

Name: Evey Lucio (italian for "bringer of light")

Gender: Female

Orientation: Straight

Race: human...technically (see powers for why)

Age: 13 (when she first meets Logan), 23 (later on)

Personality: Bubbly, but not ditzy, just has a happy sort of attitude...optimistic. Kind, gentle. Carefree, courageous. More mature attitude, not at all childish or baby-ish. Can be stubborn and feisty sometimes. She's not afraid of a fight, meaning, will fight back if she needs to. Can be a little naive sometimes. Doesn't always scare easily.

Powers/Skills: Light abilities: Healing, she's capable of healing most all wounds and ailments. She has an extensive knowledge of medicines, herbs, things like that.

Likes: rain, making medicines, walking barefoot in the grass, flowers...

Dislikes: Thunderstorms, vampires

Story: Evey has no recollection of where she came from, or where she was born. She remembers as far back as when she was six years old, and had somehow found her way to the home of an old medicine woman. Or rather, the old woman found her. She was found outside the woman's home, collapsed on the ground. There were no injuries on her, but her body had gone through a great amount of stress. When Evey woke up, a few days later; she couldn't remember much other then her name, and the powers she had. The old woman figured, maybe she forgot anything before then for a reason. Maybe there was just something, Evey wanted to block out.

From then, Evey was practically attached to the old woman's hip. She followed her everywhere, and helped her when she went picking herbs and making medicines. Seeing that Evey had a knack for memorizing what the right herbs for things were, and what to mix, the old woman taught her everything she knew. Evey often helped her in making medicines for the people in the town nearby. When Evey was twelve, the old woman passed on, leaving her on her own. She had stayed in the house by herself, continuing the routine she had when the old woman was still alive. She also continued to help the people in town, though they didn't come back as often after the old woman had passed.

During the last year, a vampire had attacked the nearby town, killing off nearly everyone there. When the attack had ended, Evey had gone to help the few surviving, the best she could. Some injuries were so great, regular medicines wouldn't help much, so Evey had used her own healing powers to help them. The town seems pretty much deserted, as the few left often hide within their homes. Evey still lives by herself, in the old woman's old house, out in a wide open area, near the woods. It's peaceful, so she likes it, but being alone all the time, has begun to bore her. She doesn't like the seemingly endless silence.

The moon was already up high in the dark blue sky when Logan decided to light a fire, as this particular night was getting quite chilly for his human form. He dug a hole in the ground, collected wood for the fire and all he needed for it, took his special stones out of his pocket and lit the fire. He smiled, putting the stones back in his coat. It had been a gift from some kind farmer in some village; the farmer was thankful since Logan had eliminated the vampire that was terrorizing his village, so he showed him how to easily light a fire with specific stones, along with inviting him to eat and stay for the night back then. When the old man had showed Logan how to use the rocks, the Lycan had asked if it was magic, which had gotten a good chuckle out of the human. So, Logan gave a little, quiet laugh thinking back to that day, as he looked up to the bright, pretty stars, while being seated on a wooden log near the fire.

Maybe was it due to the light and or sound of the crackling, warm colored flames of the fire, to Logan’s little chuckle, or simply his scent, but some vampire tribe nearby exchanged devilish smiles between them when they spotted Logan from afar, planning to take a little snack before attacking some random village on their way.

In no time, the vicious vampires were in Logan’s back and one of them came silently forward, willing to be the one to attack the Lycan first. Logan wasn’t long to react when he realized in what touchy position he was in; he stood up, turned towards the enemy and blocked his attack, sending him back to the rest of the tribe. Logan’s eyes widened when he saw how many there was… This is bad… Really bad. Five of them… I’ve never confronted so much at once… I’ll be one hell of a lucky man if I survive to this battle… The vampires didn’t hesitate on bringing it on with this deadly fight.

A moment after the fight had started; Logan had no choice but to transform into his Lycan form to fight like a beast, to be at his full strength and full capacities. The vampire tribe, under the surprise effect of coming across a Lycan creature for the first time, they all looked shocked and that short lap of unfocused time cost them the existence of one of them. The rest of the battle took forever, each side willing to eradicate the other. Logan was lucky when he managed to kill another of them… The three remaining vampires were berserk when loosing another member and swore they would avenge their kin’s life. Logan, after more ferocious fighting, got the chance to tear off the head of one of the vampires, which he did. The two left were determined to win this battle, as Logan was getting more and more exhausted. The fact that he had taken down three vampires though gave him the strength to continue. Unfortunately, he got more than badly injured as he fought for his life against those last two, but at least he managed to decapitate one more vampire. The last one was desperate, out of ideas and out of life force… Seeing Logan still moving after all the blood that he had lost and was still losing, he just fell to his knees, unable to continue the battle alone, and let Logan finish him off. Logan stayed before him a certain amount of time, having every difficulty simply catching his breath, but finally he found the energy of moving forward and dug out the heart of the last vampire with one swoop of his claw.

All the vampire bites his body had been inflicted during the battle drastically slowed down his body auto healing process, as vampires were real nuisances to lycanthropes. Logan transformed back to his human form, painfully managed to put at least his pants back on and took the rest of his belongings, putting them over his shoulder. He then started to walk, heading God knows where with an empty glare in the eyes, still having difficulty to breathe, just willing to get away from this bloody battle zone. The sun was just starting to peek out of the horizon finally when Logan totally knocked unconscious, his body unable to move no more and he laid there, flat on the ground in some prairie, tainting the grass and the nearby flowers of his blood.

'Don't walk through the woods at night.' That was what Evey was always told. The few remaining in the town nearby, always said that to her when she visited to check in on them. They would offer to let her stay the night, for fear of her being attacked by a wild animal, or worse, a vampire. But, Evey couldn't be disuaded. She had always gone back to her place, no matter the time, daylight or not. Evey was never easily frightened, so walking through the woods at night, the possibility of being attacked by something, never seemed to sway her decision. Which was quite obvious, since Evey was now en route back to her little home. It was the middle of teh night at least, quite dark, and Evey was indeed, walking through the woods. The small sack she carried with medicines, hung at her shoulder, and her sandals were in her other hand. She liked to walk barefoot in the grass, mud or bugs never bothered her much, so she did this often.

After some minutes, Evey reached the edge of the woods, seeing her little home come into view. The moon was out and bright in the sky, lighting her way. It seemed peaceful out tonight, though there was an odd tension in the air. It was as if somewhere, there was a fight, or something like that going on not too far off. For now, she paid it no mind. If it should get nearer to her, then it would be a problem.

Walking across the wide field, flowers all around, Evey pushed the door open and stepped inside, discarding her shoes to the floor. Hanging the sack on a hook on the wall, Evey changed into something warm to sleep in, as there was a chill in the air. Climbing into her bed, she curled up, listening to a cricket outside playing it's night music, she drifted off to sleep.

Hours later, the sun now rising, its rays shined in through the window, warming over Evey's small body, still curled up under a blanket. Blinking slightly, she opened her eyes, raising her hands to rub the sleep from them. She lay there for a moment longer, enjoying the warmth of the sun, shining on her. Sliding out the bed, Evey changed now, into a light pink dress, the fabric not too heavy and thick (like wool for instance), so she wouldn't be over heated in the sun today. The sack from yesterday, she emptied out onto one of the shelves there, so she could use it to collect more herbs and possibly some fruit to eat. She did not put on her shoes, as she scurried out past the door. The grass was warm and lush beneath her feet, and the flowers seemed all perky and blooming.

Evey started walking through the field, toward the lake that was near and the trees that she knew would have fruit. After a minute or so, she noticed something a little bit aways from where she stood. Running to get closer, she now saw it was a man, collapsed in the grass, and he had been bleeding. Or, was still bleeding some,a s she noticed. Around him, was the blood he'd lost, as it was pooled along the grass and flowers.

Taking a few steps closer, she could see he was still breathing at least. She was only inches away, and had knelt next to him now. Her eyes darted over all the bites and scratches that had been inflicted on his body. I wonder what caused those. Though, she did have a suspicion that it was vampires. Wolves could've done that too, but the bites seemed more human then animal. Though, I guess you could say vampires are animals too. Anyway, Evey could still heal him. Though, there was only so much of it she could heal with her own powers.

With Evey's powers, the greater the wounds, the more energy she needed to use. This would often make her sick, which she found out the hard way. So, for wounds, like what Logan had, she could heal them, moderately. There would still be some of the bites and scratches left, which would have to heal on their own, or she could finish with those at a later time.

The man in front of her, was still unconcious. And, she couldn't move him, being as small as she was and not that strong. Otherwise, she would've brought him inside, and not left him laying in the grass here. Evey raised her hands, holding them over Logan's body. A light blue light began to shine. It seemed to wrap around him, wherever he was wounded. His body would feel warm, as her powers would take effect. The bleeding had stopped, and some of the bites and scratches had closed up and gone, though others still remained.

The sun felt warm on Logan’s back as he was still knockout on the grass in some prairie. Something nagged the lycanthrope’s instincts deep inside as something, or someone was coming closer to him… His head started spinning with some “wake up, move from there, something is coming”; as an alert to his own safety, just as his body was telling him and obligating him as well to stay still; that he was going nowhere in this shape. Logan still tried to force himself out of his unconscious state, but there was just nothing to do; he couldn’t even open his eyes to see what was upon him. Though now, coming slowly but surely back to reality, the lycanthrope at least listened to the steps that were a really short distance from him now and analyzed them; they were clearly biped steps and they were too light to be an adults’ footsteps…a child, maybe? Now, whoever this was, was currently standing right beside him. As he wondered what was going to happen to him next, still far from being conscious, he began to feel warmer, even from the inside, and mostly around his wounds. There was a slight tingle throughout all of his body, as if it was healing… Logan couldn’t possibly understand what was going on, but now his body at least permitted him to open his eyes; which he did. Opening his golden eyes slowly, the man could see that standing by him was a little girl, having her arms before her, over Logan’s bloody body. A…child…? In no time Logan felt way better, surprisingly. How’s that…possible? The only hypothesis that soon enough came to the man’s mind was that the girl was using some kind of magic, and magic was something that made Logan uncomfortable when he wasn’t sure what it was based on. Never yet had he came across a gifted person like this young girl was and not knowing; being ignorant about such things always made him nervous. Having finally a response from his members, Logan brought his hands to his sides' level, his palms facing the ground and he was able to lift his chest from the grass. Feeling capable of moving even more now that most of his wounds were healed, the man got to his knees and was about to move away from the girl, acting like if he was an unsure, almost frightened animal, as he was now looking at her in the eyes with his golden hues. He did smell the air a bit, seeming a bit dog-like at this particular moment, trying to figure out what this young girl could possibly be. To him, there was no such thing as being too cautious, especially with new encounters.

Evey had brought her arms back, to lay at her sides, shortly before Logan had begun to move and push himself up off from the ground. She had healed enough of the wounds, and had to stop or she would end up making herself sick, and she couldn't stand that. Kneeling there still, she looked down at Logan, seeing his eyes were open, but he looked entirely all too cautious. Not that she could blame him, anybody might look that way, having some stranger standing over their body and all. Remaining silent still, Evey kept her eyes on him, as he pushed himself off the ground, now on his knees. He had backed away a bit, now looking into her own eyes. Evey loved the golden color of his eyes, she had never seen anyone with eyes like that. Smiling a comforting smile, as he seemed almost unsure, like a frightened animal, Evey reached out suddenly. Her hand now at the top of his head, she ruffled his hair lightly, as if petting him. "It's okay, don't be scared."

As Logan was moving away, too uncertain of whom was standing before him as she had healed him a lot almost instantly and that without any herbs or such, obviously, he did froze at some point, having her suddenly reached out for his head. The man’s eyes had widened, as he was almost afraid she would use some more magic on him, but still didn’t move, even though he was much ready to bounce away and flee. The young girl, once her hand was at the top of his head, started ruffling Logan’s hair lightly. At first, Logan had lowered his head a bit, but feeling the nice gesture, he lifted his golden hues back into the young girl’s eyes and stayed still, hearing her when she said to not be scared. The ruffling felt nice to Logan… The man’s nostrils started once more to move slightly, as if he was trying to smell the girl like if he were an animal, trying to know to who he was looking at. Really, Logan had dog-like tendencies in his gestures sometimes, which could seem weird, just as cute at the same time, mostly to a young little girl like Evey. She does…seem human…harmless…and…and she’s so cute, there’s no reason to be so insecure…at least, I think… Logan stayed on his knees now and glanced at his body, analyzing the wounds. Spotting one villain wound on his right arm, he lifted it to his mouth reach and started liking it instinctively. Five seconds later, he stopped licking, his tongue still out on his wound though, as he glanced up back at Evey in the eyes. I look ridiculous…not like if I was in my Lycan form, idiot… He suddenly got his arm back to his side, cleared his voice, trying to regain his human self and then he said: “Thanks…”; to the healing and slight comforting. At least he didn’t feel like running off anymore, Evey was no apparent danger, obviously. “You…use magic…?” Really, the question had been burning his tongue.

Evey smiled brightly at Logan, as he seemed to get it, that she wasn't anything dangerous to him, as she knelt there, petting his head. All his actions seemed so canine, it was funny, but Evey thought it was cute. She'd never seen anyone like him, the way he acted, everything about him. She was just too curious about him now.

Watching what Logan would do now, she kept her eyes on him, as he lifted his arm and licked at one of the few wounds remaning. Bringing her hands to her mouth, covering it, she giggled. That just made him seem even more canine like. Once he'd moved his arm back to his side, and spoken now, she nodded. "You're welcome. Just glad you're okay now." At his next question, she blinked curiously, thinking for a moment. Evey didn't really know if you could categorize her power as being magic. Though, it seemed like it was. Also, the question seemed to be asking if she used other kinds of magic as well, which she didn't. Or, if she could, she had no idea. "I don't know about it being magic so much, but my powers are of healing. Past that, there isn't much else I can do, so I'm not really sure."

Evey’s bright smile really was soothing to Logan and it made him only think even more that she was adorable. Her giggle was much heartwarming too. Ahh, human children; such adorable little beings. He smiled to her now and he chuckled slightly when she said she was glad he was okay now. “Well, without you I’m not so sure I would have made it through, this time…” The man scratched himself behind the head as saying so, much sure he would have been doomed without help. I frankly don’t want to live a five on one encounter with vampires ever again…

As Logan had asked his question, he saw how Evey blinked; she hadn’t expected the question to turn out like that he bet. He listened to her, tilting his head a bit to the side, there again a bit doggy-like. Healing powers… The lycanthrope was much impressed with the little gifted girl here now. “That’s a neat trick…I can bear with that kind of magic; he thought, happy. He got his head straight again and smiled to her. Then, he glanced around, asking himself where this little one had come from and where her parents were. As he was still looking around: “And where might your parents be?” He just couldn’t picture a little girl like she being all alone in these dangerous times, with cruel vampires around sometimes; not to mention the other beasts.

Seeing Logan smile finally, Evey was glad about it. At least now, he wasn't so guarded and cautious. What he'd said about his maybe not making it, if it weren't for her, "You're lucky you had ended up here, so close to my home then." Otherwise, Evey might not have found him, to help him, if he had ended up collapsing somewhere else. She was curious as to all the wounds that had been inflicted onto his body, and wanted to ask. Though the question would have to wait.

Her eyes were on Logan, and the way he had tilted his head to the side, another doggy-like motion, before he had responded to the comment she made of her powers. Giggling a little, "Trick, ha, I guess. Well it does come in handy, like for yourself, just before." Though, there was the one downside to it, which she'd realized the hard way. She really hadn't thought of it as a trick so much. But, she figured you could call it that. It didn't seem to matter, at least she thought so. Evey kept her attention on Logan, wondering why he was looking around, because it seemed like he was trying to find something. Hearing his next question, cleared up why he had been doing that. So, he was looking around to find her parents. Evey spoke as if they were just having a casual conversation, no emotions had risen when he'd asked her that. Nothing like sadness, or something you'd think would happen as a reaction to someone receiving that question. "I don't have any..." See, she just hadn't thought about it ever. Obviously Evey knew she had parents, at one time or another. But, when the old woman had found her all those years ago, when she was six, Evey couldn't remember anything past that current age. Parents, nothing, her mind had been completley locked up. She didn't know why, and neither did the old woman, so they left that subject alone.

Logan was trying to smell through the air to find the closet village. Bahh… Not that much effective, I don’t smell anything in particular as to where she might have come from. Didn’t she say it was really close? At some point, he ended up wondering if it was due to his human form, that he wasn’t able to smell things this much. He finally left it like that for now; he could accompany her to her place later. As he stopped smelling the air, he looked back at her and smiled once more. “Oh well, I guess I have a good guardian angel.” He listened to her say that her trick was handy, like for himself just now. “Sure is… Must feel nice to be able to heal; remove some of the pain off the others around you like that.” As Evey kept the same facial expression and voice tone and all, Logan really wasn’t expecting what Evey would say next, about her parents and he was much caught off guard when she said she didn't have any; “O-Oh?” Really, to Logan, the news didn’t coincide with Evey’s reaction to it, not even the slightest. To him, it really was sad that a human child like she was without her parents. The poor girl…With…with whom do you live, then? Villagers? You’re not alone, I hope…” He started to worry on that thought, as first he didn’t smell any “so close” village, and the fact that she had no parents to watch over her just didn’t help. “What is your name, little girl?”; he asked, as he now wanted to know this young one better, afraid she might be all alone in this crazy world, just like he had always been himself; which wasn't an all jolly life to have at all…it was much far from that in fact.

When Logan made that comment of having good guardian angel, Evey had nodded, smiling as she agreed with that. About her healing abilities, "Hm, it is nice. Though, sometimes it doesn't help any." She had mumbled at that last part. There were times when someone was past her healing abilities, and she was sad at being unable to help then. After she had mentioned the fact of having no parents, it was obvious Logan was surprised about it. Evey shook her head at his next question, "No, there is a village nearby...or, near enough. It's past the woods there. Where I stay, is only a short walk from this area we're in now." Most of the time, she didn't mind the fact she was alone. But, sometimes she wished that weren't the case. Still, regardless of that fact, she still kept the sweet smile that was on her face.

As Logan was asking her name, "Oh, I'm Evey. Evey Lucio." Curious as to his name now, "and what about your name??"

Logan smiled some at her nodding, as she was agreeing with the fact that he must have some really good guardian angel to watch over him to have brought him this young one with the ability of healing him some. He listened to her as she spoke, saying that it was indeed nice. When she mumbled the last part though, as Logan was Lycan and had much good hearing, she almost didn’t realize she had mumbled it, and said, tilting his head to the other side this time: “Oh…?” He brought his head straight once more and said, thinking it through: “Ah… Yeah…I guess there is a limit to such abilities, right…?” Though he much more wanted to comfort her instead of reminding her she couldn’t save everyone, so he added soon enough: “But at least you save some; just like me! And I'm really thankful.” He gave her another great smile. Really, Logan was just so friendly, when we gave him the chance to be.

As Evey stated that there was a village nearby and adding that it was past the woods, it didn’t much reassure the man. That’s ain’t good for her safety… She added that her place was only a short walk away, so Logan lifted his head up to look around once again and finally he spotted a little house on the edge of the woods (if I’m not mistaking lol). That is where she lives? She really lives alone, out here? Logan ended up having a much preoccupied look on his face as he now sat in Indian style, looking at Evey in the eyes with his slightly sad golden hues. He looked a bit like a sad puppy. Pouting a bit, as he thought it was much inadequate for Evey to be all alone; he did though like the sound of her name. It was so simple and cute, just like she appeared to be. He did say his name now to answer her question, but he was still much more concerned with her, so he had a sadder tone in his voice: “I’m Logan…Just Logan… Cute name you have there, though; I like it.” He smiled a tad to his last words. After saying his name though, he would have added “I actually adopted this name and named myself at some point in my life”, but he didn’t want the subject to go towards him.

Evey hadn't needed to explain what she meant of her abilities not being much affective sometimes, as Logan had understood her meaning shortly after. "Yes, a limit to my abilities...also my own body..." She had been talking about the one draw back with her healing. The fact that if she used it too much at one time in a day, she would end up sick. She smiled at his trying to comfort her about the fact she couldn't always help some people, as he stated at least she could help some, like him. "Yea...you're right. And, i'm glad i could help you." Evey hadn't spoken this much with anybody in a good while. Already she was enjoying his company. Noticing him staring off into another direction, Evey turned her head and looked back to where he was looking. She realized he was looking back at her home, where it was as she said, a short distance from where they currently were. Bringing her attention back to him, she noticed he seemed to be pouting...it almost seemed puppy-like. It made her wonder why he had that look on his face. Not thinking it was that he was worried about her. Now hearing his name, she smiled, "Logan...I like it." She did notice the lack of a last name. Though her own had been an adopted sort of name...The Lucio part anyway. The old woman had said it suited Evey, as it meant 'bringer of light.' The old woman had liked to say that Evey was an angel that had gotten stuck on earth in human form. It as fun to think about.
