A Math Lesson
Okay, so here we go,
I’m telling you math today.
But not hard math,
Really simple math.
Sipping stones, that’s the topic.
They “skip” the water,
And make “hops” above it.
Let’s being.
One hop, two hop, three hop, down.
One hop, two hop, down.
One hop, two hop, three hop, four hop, down.
That’s the fun part.
Now time for thinking:
Three minus one is two,
Two plus two is four.
Got that so far?
Good.
Let’s say the two is a negative two,
And the four is a positive four.
Now the math in total.
Three minus one is two,
Two plus two is four.
Positive four plus negative two
Is positive two!
Like my lesson in math?
