So, a few weeks ago, I told the school drama teacher that (although I was not in the drama program) I would be a stagehand. That conversation got me out of 21/2 days of classes! and all I have to do is a little medium lifting! But, being a complete drama junkie (the reason I didn't join the crappy school drama class) I am now waaaay to emotionally invested in the play. Last night's play sucked, I have a jazz concert tonight, and a play tomorrow night. and one pair of dress pants.
but I got out of two days of classes. totally worth it.

Wait, you've got school plays? This late in the year? When do you get out of school? Our play was over a month ago. I do miss the tap-dancing, though.
Stagehanding is... okay depending on who you're working with. Most actors tend to ignore the crew though. Which is sad, because they deserve so much love!

debi: yeah, Im too much of a good boy to skip XP
Jaz:yeah, we end on the 13th. I work sets so during scenes i can sit in the wings and watch (even though i'm not supposed to.) but the actors are cool.

I loved getting out of class back in high school. It was a regular event for me. If I couldn't get out excused I would just make up a reason and walk right out.
