Yet everyone say's it when they are sure.
Can anyone just stay quiet and admit their feelings?
Or does it have to be words?

Why?
Why do we say I Love You?
Why should we say I Love You?
Is it because we are comfortable with that person?
Or is it because you feel that the person is the one?
