    They could bring us so much joy,
    Dreams are achieved, Promises are kept, and Love is faithful.

    How do we know when they cause us pain or bring us joy?
    We will never know which is which,
    because we will need the pain to get us back on track,
    and we will need the joy so we know there is still hope.
