I seen a picture, so black, white, and gray
A lady hunched over, on a cold summer day
The thought of her hair, covering her face
she must've been mouring on a very sad day.
This woman in the picture came right up to me,
chanting to herself a prayer, I asked to thee.
"What is wrong maiden, so young and sweet?"
for she responded
"My love has died on this very eeire day, for the hallway shadows
enveloped me. For I am very lonely, lonely to be."

- Aw, how depressing. I like the way you tell a story about the picture. Good poem. smile
