.:Sinking In (Playing with Scissors)
Mother always said, Never run with Scissors
They always said,
Never play with fire.
Yet never say never when
You wannah burn brighter
I can't help but love this sweet relief,
The feeling of the world,
Down at my feet
But I can take the Pain,
This lovely Rain,
Crimson on my cheeks.
No, I can't take this agony
Not another day, not another week
Oh, I love the feeling of stone feathers
Rough against my skin.
Even jsut a ruler, just a pen
jsut a little poke
Can make me blend in
Well, I can take the pain,
This lovely rain, crimson on my cheeks.
But I can't take the agony
Of not Sinking In
I swear I can take the Pain,
This lovely spell,
Ectasy, making me insane.
But I can't take your agony
Of never coming to an End.
Mother said never run with scissors,
But she never said they feel so nice
Sinking In
