    But really what concerns me,
    Is why didn't I notice?

    Changes in the air
    That have gone unnoticed.
    When did that sadness appear in your eyes?
    When did the concern show through your mask?
    When did your smile turn to scorn?
    When did your laughter turn to tears?

    I feel like I'm missing something.
    It feels like you've changed.
    What happened?
    Why did we grow so far apart?
    It feels as if we're closer than ever.
    So why do I feel so empty?

    Did you tell me and I didn't hear?
    Or did I not listen?
    I care too much to let you go.
    I want to make it alright.
    I want to apologize.
    I want to bring your light back.
    And pull the sun High again.
