-
My iron will has faltered,
As it never has before.
My golden crown is rising,
Falling to the floor.
And I see it clear at last,
As if a mist has lifted.
I see the truth that's been there,
And has never shifted.
No matter how I seeked,
Now I see it all before me.
The truth that's been there,
For all to see.
I now see what people have always seen;
The truth about me.

- i like how you ended. i wasn't excepting it to be about you. i though that it was going to be about someone else and you were now able to see what was really going on. i like the twist.

- I think the second verse is interesting, as it could pose as symbolism for the world today: rising in technology, health, and other things, but spiraling into an inevitable doom with war, disease, and hatred. Very interesting!

- "My golden crown is rising, falling to the floor"? If the crown is rising, how can it fall? I don't get it. 3/5.
