It's a lovely moment when one can say exactly what and who he is. His thoughts and emotions and actions that define him to another, and when he can arbitrarily --though with an admitted personal bias -- tell another who he is. He may be narcissistic, or as selfless as the Bible teaches. He may be phsyically weak, or he may be powerful and strong. Many aspects of his life and actions and thoughts flow together to form what he is. As a person, growth occurs and is catalyzed by the admitting of flaw and the attempt at removing personal bias. If a man can do this, he can truely say who he is.
I am, as some would say, a leader, a narcissist, a strong-willed asset or liability, depending on where you go and who you ask. I am the person I am today -- having gathered from sixteen years of experience with the harshness of life-- because of what my beliefs are, what my passions are, what I choose to do, and what I want to be. My defining characteristics are based off of another's perspective and my own synapses creating an ever-fluid person. I am strong; I do not falter under pressure or during a time of crisis. I am also weak; I crumble under the right amount of psychological distress. My strengths and weaknesses help to create my personality and determine, truely, who I am.
A man once said: "True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing." His words create the basis of a self-evaluating person. One who believes that he knows nothing, yet strives for the capability to learn everything. The true curiousity of man lies in that he will stop at nothing to achieve that which others have told him is impossible to achieve. He will learn; he will grow; he will fight; he will pursue; he will dominate. Mankind is powerful, industrious, and fluid in its own mentality and evolution. Each year brings on new experiences, new changes, new ways to prove himself, and he will survive and become that which he has set out to be.
I am, as my enemies say, a snake, a nuisance, a cheat, and a worthy advarsary, depending on who you go to and when you catch him. This is all, of course, only pieces of my personality, none of which applies itself to those I have not perceived as cheating me first. I am aggressive, but pacified whenever I can be. I am a young man named Anthony Miskolci, who Will be a survivor, who Will be compassionate, who Will be what he's set out to be, and who Will not accept mediocre or less-than-average. I am calculating, cold at times, but soft and kind to those I love. I am not weak physically or mentally, but my emotions have yet to come under my full command, and assault makes them weaken.
A human must admit his flaws. He must admit them in order to overcome them. An enigmatic force inside allows him to do so, creates the will and drive to strive to become something more than he is. This is manifest in all humans, from young child to dying wise man. Learning comes as an everyday experience, and a human must grow as the world grows around him, as new innovations -- made by other ambtious humans -- are added and added to the never-ending fray one calls life. He must adapt, or die (or fall into debt in a more modern sense of the word.)
I am, as my friends say, confident, powerful, in control, and kind, depending on which one you talk to. I come across as slightly narcissistic to some, but to others I stand out as a selfless saint. Based on individual perceptions of me, I am both good and evil. I am both kind and mean. I am both dark and light. It all boils down to exactly what one percieves about what I've done -- either to them or to someone they know, hated or otherwise. I do not have a weak will, and I understand my limitations and attempt to correct them and place myself on a path that will get me where my ambitions lie. An ambition that I will never give up on, for I am human, like all those around me. I am flawed, like the ones who put others down.
I am Anthony Miskolci, and my dream, like many of those who came before me, is my ambition. I will not falter from my goal, and I will always fight for what I believe.
