• Well it was July 26,2011...

    I was with my Aunt and UNcle and we were staying on the HMS Queen Mary in Long Beach, Cali. We had taken the noon Haunted Encounters Tour that takes you to all of the haunting hotspots like Watertight Door #13 where a guy was chrushed by the door. Boiler Rooms 3,4, and the 1st class swimming pool (where there have been a number of different sightings). But after the tour we went into town and when we got back i got my camera and decided to go back to door #13 too see what I could get there. I took a pic of the door and accidentally got the doorway in it and was about to delete it when the room suddenly got reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly cold. And so i ran up the stairs behind me and when I got to the top and got in with a group of people my heart was racing and I was shaking. I had been in there alone yet there was something in there with me. I took out the camera and looked at the pic i had gotten and said to myself "Hell I aint goin' down there again to retake this, so i kept the pic. When i had stopped in the little propeller room with the family i was walking with, i noticed a blurry smudge on the right hand side that was kinda shaped humanoid. Its really hard to see though. So later i met this guy and his daughter and it turns out that the guy is a ghost hunter. I showed the picture to him and we went back to the door. The girl was real scared knowing what i had felt in there, so she walked behind me and the guy (His name is rob). I went in first and the room was knida cool (but its 24ft underwater so it cant be eal warm can it?). Rob had a ghost meter with him and a Digital Voice Recorder (DVR) and he turned them on and placed them in the doorway. After 16 minutes of recording and monitoring we decided to stop and run back up to the ship and get fresh bateries for the cameras. When we went back down we walked through the doorway and it was so cold when i walked through, i jumped (and freaked out the girl). When Rob walked through his ghost meter lit up on 3 (EMP Readings) he had never had it light up on that before and it really freaked us out (EMP means Electro-Magnetic Pulse) although it coulda been reading one of our cameras. So we decided to set it on 4 (Dialogue Mode) We asked it simple yes/no questions. Once for yes Twice for no. I took a good while but it did answer us. We asked it if it wanted us to leave and the ghost (John Peber who was a fireman) light the ghost meter up repeatedly. So we told him that we would leave and asked if we could come back. We go one flash. So we planned on going back. When we got back on the ship we went to room B 324 which is the most huanted room on the whole ship (it has the most occurences). The room is always under lokc and key except for when Haunted Encounters Tours are going through. THe hallway to it is short but its blacked out. So we held out our hands to find the end. When the green light stopped moving so did i. (THe girl is standing in front of a maid cart directly across from the hall watching.) So we stand there for a while knocking on the door and asking it to talk to us but it never did. Then suddenly the girl yells "Jay!' (thats me) "I see something standing behind you!" (Classic Horror Line Right Here-> I TURNED AROUND AND NOTHING WAS THERE! So i turned back around and (ya know that feeling ya get when something is real close to you but its something ya cant see?) i got that feeling. It felt like someone (or something was standing inside of me. It was the scariest feeling anybody can get from a dark hall. I somehow managed to hake off the feeling by closing my mind after saying "Its standing inside of me i can feel it!" Just as i began to relax to a point it felt like someone had touched a hot poker to my skin fresh outta the fire. I screamed (and freaked out some of the people staying in rooms nearby and ran down to teh maid carts. When Rob and his daughter asked what happened I said something burned me. Rob checked the back of my neck right about where the top of my spine isand my skin wasnt even burn. I was ok but something had tried to hurt me. That the most scared i have ever been in my life up to this day.
