• "Jay!" he heard a scream. "Mother?" he whispered. but when no answer came he yelled out "Mother?" he heard thunder and his eyes flew open. "Oh.. it was only a dream.." he sighed. he stretched his mahogany colored paws and stood up. He half walked half crawled out of the tree he called home. a drop of rain water hit his nose and made him sneeze. "What to do.." he said wonderingly. "I could hunt.." he said as his stomach gave a growl. "I'll do that." he shook the rain from his fur and bolted forward. his nose to the ground and his ears pricked. he saw a plump rabbit obliviously eating grass 50 ft away. he got into a hunters crouch and inched forward. then he heard rustling and cursing "Stupid vines.. how am I supposed to get through these..?" he looked back at the rabbit to see it jumping away. "Crap.." he cursed. he sneaked toward the spot where he heard the fight against human.. and vine. he went behind a bush and popped his head out. TO BE CONTINUED.....
