• CHAPTER 5!!!X3

    I woke up a little late, it was 7:10 instead of 7' o clock when i usually get up. I took a shower and went downstairs and when I walked in the family room i saw two girls at the table. I stood there with my light brown hair still wet but not so wet where it dripped. The girl that sat in farthest chair from me had light brown hair with blond highlights and green eyes, she was wearing a blue shirt with green designs and Grey skinny jeans. The girl closest to me had wavy light brown hair, she turned to look at me along with the other girl and my mom. Her eyes were blue and she was wearing a black shirt with Grey writing, a black belt with square spikes on it and black skinny jeans. I also saw that she was wearing necklaces with a locket on the end and black glovelettes. My mom smiled and got up, walking to where i stood.
    "Jess we got your note last night, this is Anna your older sister. " She gestured her hand towards the girl with brown hair and blond highlights. She got up and walked to me, she nodded her head once in front of me. The other girl -Isabel obviously- did the same, they all left there breakfast on the table. Isabel nodded her head and was the first one to talk out of my two sisters.
    "Hello, mom told me a bit about you and the trouble you seem to have at school with the vampires. I hope it works out for you, I'm Isabel by the way.Of course you already know that." Her voice, it was a like and angel singing the most beautiful song in the world her voice velvet like, she strained her neck back smelling me and that's when I recovered and grinned at her.
    "Of course, thank you. I see your gifted, I had a hard time keeping focus while you were talking." I smiled at her and Anna and my mother laughed, but Anna's laugh made me think she was being careful it sounded like she was uncomfortable. Isabel kept her neck strained back while she talked in response with her angel singing voice.
    "I assume you are as well" She smiled and had to take a step back. In her response i took a step back as well hoping it would help. It took me a while to get my head working after she talked, like always.
    "You assume correct" I grinned.
    "So little sis. it looks like you never meet Isabel, am i correct?" Anna pressed at me.
    "Yes" I sounded couscous. She laughed at my response.
    "Just asking. Your lucky your gifted I would do just about anything to be gifted. I think your gift is better though" She gave a glance at Isabel, who giggled "Sorry sis. but it's true. During a fight you need to talk, she doesn't" She grinned at me proud of her logic.
    "I guess your right" I shrugged. My mom looked behind her at the clock then was in a rush.
    "It's 7:35! Jess you gotta start to leave or you'll be late! Go go! I took the day off today so we can go car shopping for Anna here, Isabel doesn't start till tomorrow, Thursday" She started pushing me towards the door while Isabel went to go grab a muffin. It wasn't until we were about to leave that Isabel shouted my name. I looked towards the kitchen doorway when she ran out and came to me. She handed me the muffin and smiled at me.
    "Aw thank you Isabel, that's so nice!" She didn't say anything she just smiled and put on her shoes to go with my mom.
    "Holly crap! You have that" Anna said to me, eyes wide as she stared at my Mercedes.
    "Yeah" I laughed.
    "I want a fast car to! That's it mom what's my budget!" Anna called while walking to my mom's white Nissan. I saw just before i pulled out give Anna a look.
    "I was thinking more along the lines of a blue Porsche's?" Anna gave a puppy dog face and my mom's jaw dropped.
    "What do you think I'm made of?!?!Money!?!" My mom shouted I heard an angel's giggle and Anna started complaining that I had a fast car. Thing was that I paid for my car, I didn't let my mom pay for any of it. Which reminded me, I was limited on money at the moment so i would have to find a good paying job so i could pay for gas. I looked at my meter to see how much gas I had left, only 5 1/2 gallons left, great. If I was going to keep good on gas I need to get a job and fast. I thought of ways to save myself if I didn't get a job in time. By the time I got to school I only came up with borrowing money from my mom which I didn't like. It was my car and my responsibility I shouldn't be asking my mom to take care of it.
    I signed and went to my first class I was exactly eight minutes early which was good. I could think things through with my car now. The morning past in a blur, just flying by which I was happy about. I sat with Drake this time and figured out that they were planning a little party in the forest near by and they were wondering if I could go. It was a drinking party, of course but I didn't drink so I would be the guard to make sure things don't get out of hand and if and adult comes which would be bad if that happened. I told them I would probably go as long as my excuse was that i was going to one of there houses. We decided that we were going to have me pretend to go to An- Marie's place her parents wouldn't be home so my parents wouldn't be able to talk to them. I assured them they my mom wouldn't do that but they just wanted to play it safe for now. The bell rang and I went to my next class not realizing Nate would be there. I got in class walking with Carlos and stopped at the teachers desk and started to complain about were I was sitting. I didn't even try to keep my voice low, he would just hear me anyway with his super hearing vampire ears.
    "Why not?" I demanded when the Teacher told me I couldn't switch seats with someone.
    "Well for one the class room is full there's nowhere to sit and two your fine sitting by Nate I don't see the problem he's very smart to maybe he can teach you a few things. You never know" He continued to grab papers from his desk, sitting in his chair.
    "Oh come on! I'll just switch with someone and I know just about as much as he does he wouldn't be teaching me anything" I clenched my teeth together and tried to force my eyes to stay brown rather then change to red.
    "No" His voice was full of finality. By now everyone was watching us quietly.
    "******** this man, this is so b.s. whatever. It's not my lose anyway" I grumbled on my way to my seat. Nate closed his eyes, clenched his teeth and pulled his hands into fists.
    "See!" I shouted , I turned a bit looking at the teacher and pointed to Nate to show that this was not a good spot for me. The Mr. Dixon looked at Nate and rushed to his side, which only made it worse. Nate started to tremble and his eyes flashed open and he glared at me. Mr. Dixon looked at me Cautiously.
    "Told you, can I switch seats with someone"I all but yelled.
    "Nate do you need to go to the nurse?" Mr. Dixon ignored me entirely being very rude.
    "Can I go home, I'm not feeling so well" Nate let some acid in his angel, velvet voice while glaring at me still.
    "See this!" I pointed to Nate again "This is what I mean! Your putting me at my death path if I keep sitting here! I swear he will kill me if I stay here! I"ll sit on ground across the dam room if that's what it takes I don't care! Just move me dam it!' I spit the words loudly.
    "Stop being so rude Jess and that's not nice to joke about he's just really sick don't make fun of him" Dixon tried to pull Nate up so he could go to the nurse but Nate refused "Would you rather stay here?" Dixon asked when Nate clasped his hands together and put them on the table, he continued to glare at me and I glared back. Nate didn't say anything he just continued to glare, so did I.
    "Jess" Dixon snapped. I turned my head at him unwillingly.
    "Is there something I should know" He questioned.
    "Yes" Nate let out a quiet hiss, to low for human ears thinking I wouldn't be able to hear it. He had another them coming because I did hear it but i acted like I didn't so he wouldn't know my secret. Dixon raised and eyebrow and waited for my answer.
    "If you don't want Nate to lose control any time soon I suggest you step away from him" I took a step back, turning my head to glare at Nate, his eyes got a little red tint in them and I grinned.
    "Is there something wrong with Nate?"Dixon asked me. Before I could respond to the teachers question Nate jumped and spoke with strong acid in his voice.
    "Outside Jess I need to talk to you."
    "Good, you two settle this and I'll continue class, you can catch up later" Mr. Dixon walked around me and to the first desk and started passing out paper.
    "Let's do this" I told Nate, making my voice sound like we were about to fight and I was happy, his eyes narrowed and he waited for me to go first. I walked out and he followed. I leaned agents the wall, facing the door Nate closed. Nate did the most shocking thing I ever expected. He acted like I just saved him, I had no clue what he was doing now...
