- For thou art wonderful persons who have asked me, be known to you my love for roses. Tis, they are more than what the eye can see, what tingles the sense of smell, and soft touch they will bring when you touch the soft bud to me! Yes, they have pedals of red, ruffled smoothly, that run in circles, coming in closer and closer to the center were a beautiful aroma is raised into the air and takes the breath away whose nose smells it from a distance, whose one unfortunate man's senses who has grown old, would wish for his desire to smell its caressing scent. Its stem, green straight and graspable for any man or woman who want to grasp it, can do so easily, yet carefully, for each of these wonderful flowers has its thorn, meant for protection who may misuse something so beautiful and harmless. For me, this extraordinary, beautiful flower has more to the person than what it suggests, for its a book, without pages, without ink, without pictures, or a cover. The rose brings a story of love to one who may touch it, the rose makes you think of your distant lover or person you love, the rose brings thoughts of how beautiful the woman or man back home or for which night you will fatefully meet each other is, the rose is fate to the one who receives it, the rose is the symbolism of love triumphant! In its past, generations behind generations, one lover may pick the beautiful rose and hand it, giving love and protection the first time your eyes are set upon it. For it brings hope and enchantment to the one who receives it, it gives them ideas, for the rose is so enchanting, even when sometimes it may stick one of its unnecessary thrones out, the lover who may have given the rose to him or her, will fix the bruise and kiss it to seal the pain. Usually, when one gives this rose its the start of eternity of love as much as it will last in human life. After the rose is given, one may notice that the love between the couple will therefore grow as the rose grows. Suddenly, when the rose is gone and no longer in use, the love of the couple sometimes....will never die with it. For the life of the rose while it lasted, gave them the hope and desire it needed. As its ashes are thrown into the rivers, lakes, oceans, sand, or the ground, it will eventually grow again and the one couple, of now old age when the daughter or son fell in love, will suggest to give it to his or her lover, looking back at each other and smiling compassionately in the memory of the time they received the rose, the day or night of memories embed in the heart...forever!
