• When Heaven rained on me ....



    Well here goes my first post ..... i wanted it to really special .. so i would like to share a beautiful memory with u guys ... a moment that meant a lot to me ......here goes.....

    It was Saturday that day, still remember the date 10th November 2007.... .

    i was in college back then . ..the summer had just ended .... the dark clouds overcast the skies ... and if u breath in the air .. u'll get the cold and dampness in air ....as if it's about to rain ... few rays of sun was visible from behind the clouds ... as if it's winking to me ... day was beautiful and romantic .......

    So as we took off from our last class .... students scattered like ants in all direction ... i waved bye to my best friend .. started walking . ... to my left was th person who meant everything to me ..... in ur words my girlfriend .....

    we walked few inches from each other ..... . we were a couple but ..... were shy n innocent .. new to this thing called love .....i would look in her eyes n as the met she would turn her face away n blush ... wow ..... ooh well .... her home was close ..so i used to walk her till the curve of her street her parents won't notice .... u know everyone does that... as we came near 'Moti gheel' ......oh did i mention .. ok 'MOTI GHEEL' .. is a park in 'Kanpur' and a sensitive point for couples ...... well that day it was empty or less populated ........ back to the story .... as we came near 'Moti gheel' it started drizzling .... then in few mins before we know it ..... it was raining .....we had no place to go ......... so we saw this tree ..... holding hands n tumbling ...... watching our step on wet slippery streets we reached below this tree ..........


    We both were wet n were looking cute ...... .. no one was around .... we were laughing like crazy for no reason ... and still ... breathing heavily from all that running .... she was looking soo beautiful that time, at that day, at that moment ... well she always looked but .. it was something special that day ... her hairs were all wet and few wet strands of hair on her face ... with her long beautiful fingers she stroked them aside and tucked few behind her ear .... right ear ......... i was looking at her ..... a then she smiled at me and said what r u looking ... i couldn't help but blushed n said can't take my eyes of u, then she blushed ...... i came a few steps closer .. she became a bit conscious i said water drops r falling on u r head from that tree ..... she said yaa ... she had a cap hanging behind her sweat shirt .... i smiled n came a bit closer n was just adjusting the hood over her head ...... she was looking at me with those puppy dog eyes ........ i got caught in that moment ...... n we became even more closer so close that we were feeling each others heart beat ...... n we kissed ..... we were kinda lost in each other .......

    That's the reason my friends i love rain soo much ....... even though she's not in my life anymore but this memory will be with me till i part this life ...... HEaven RaIneD Upon Me
