Being in a coma is like one of those dreams, when you're doing something, and for some reason you just happen to know everything. Where you are, who you're with what you doing.
You open your eyes. Boom. It just comes to you.
I am in a coma. And I am stuck here.
"Here" doesn't really have a specific name. Puck calls it "Dreamland", but there really is no right name for it. "Here" would mean we would actually know where it is. "Here" would mean that there was a map somewhere with a big large red arrow saying "You are Here". A map that would show exits.
But there is no map, and there are no exits.
Time doesn't exist in this place. But if I had to guess, I would say I've been here about two weeks. It just's one of those things that you know once you arrive.
Just like I knew Puck. I didn't know him know him but I knew his name was Puck and that he was stuck like me.
Puck greeted me with one of his toothy grins, and stood around for a bit while I looked around.
It's a light forest, and even though you can see through the tree's you can't quite see where it ends. There's mountains on the horizon, but they're so far away you can barely see the peaks over the trees.
There's a few small cottages. Sometimes they're right next to each other, and sometimes you can't find the others. There's a lot of them, but they're empty. There's only Puck and me, which confuses me. I expected more people to be stuck in "Coma-Land" (Another thing Puck calls it) but Puck says there's plenty people here but they prefer to spend their time waiting to be sucked back into the real world alone.
You can change anything here. The flowers, the trees, the houses, the colors. But you can't change the forest and the mountains. You can keep walking and walking and walking and walking but there will always be more trees and more mountains. Puck says it a way of showing there are no ways out. You sit and wait.

- "A" for effort. This was really good; it had a creepy kind of quality. 4/5 stars. 86% approval. "Silver" rating.
