• Susan was sleeping in her warm bed while it was snowing outside. She was having another dream of her mother. Her mother had died in a car accident and ever since then she got quiet and never talked to her friends anymore. Every morning she forced herself to school. She had bad grades since she was to stressed out and always got in trouble. In her dreams she relives her memories with her mother.
    One day at school they announced they were going to have a school play on the classical "The sound of music" Susan just loved singing so she decided to try out. She thought it would be easy to practice and remember her lines. Once she started she started to regret signing up. She went up to her mother saying "Mom I cant do the play, I cant sing at all." Her mom sighed and said "Susan just try your best and you will see that you have a talent." Her mom laughed "I can sing with you to practice." Susan smiled the biggest she ever did in her life. They practiced and memorized the lines together.
    On the day of the play, Susan did GREAT! She was the star of the show. After that successful day, Susan was encouraged to do more plays. Her mom still practiced with her, taught her how to play the piano, and even started doing plays herself! By the time Susan got to high school, the most famous play writers wanted her! She agreeded to ONE request for "Cats"
    On a October evening Susan heard the most terrible news of her life. A car has ran a red light and crashed into her mother's car. Unfortunatly, she didn't make it. Susan stayed in her room crying for a week. She didnt eat anything and only came out for water and the bathroom. The funeral was gloomy, It rained and later there was a thunderstorm. Susan prayed to her everyday and always looked at her picture for a long time. When Susan wakes up from her dreams of her mother she always smiles. She knows that shes in a better place and will always be with her.
