• the forest of illusion sucked. day upon day of eating nothing but berries. i haven't really had any water. And to top it all off, its started to snow. hard, too. it was pretty hard not to get crushed by a falling tree, or get eaten by a gargoyle, but i was pretty sure i could manage. my 16th day into the forest, (yes, corinthians can go longer without nutrients than humans!) i was walking along icy patches, until a tree fell right behind me. that was when i saw it. something was in that tree, and i didn't want to stay to find out what it is, either.

    i ran, and ran, but i wasn't getting anywhere. i guess that's why its called the forest of illusion. i looked behind me. it was human shaped.
