When I awoke, I felt as if the ground was moving beneath me. Slowly, I managed to get up and look around. It was dark but I saw windows, and a dark landscaping speeding past me.
"What the hel-..." I managed to say.
"Silence." The man driving said.
"Who are are?" I asked.
"I said, silence" He repeated.
"No, I demand..."
"SILENCE!" He bellowed.
I didn't want to disregaurd him, so I shut up. I felt so helpless. Then again I can't say I didn't want this. I wanted so bad to get away from home...
The car finally stopped. I glanced at the clock in the front of the car. 10:45. Its been an hour since my attacker knocked me out. I looked around, it was pitch black. As the driver opened his door, the ravishing scent of salt water sprung through the car. I heard crashing waves. I figured we we're somewhere near an ocean...and cliffs. Would this be the end of me...?
"Get out." The driver said to me coldly.
I obeyed. I finally got a good look at this man. He wore a trench coat, dress pants, a tux shirt and nicely polished dress shoes. Apon his face was a mask, and a cane to top this all off. He led my into the woods, a path was already set out. This path wasn't often used I could tell. Even though it was still pretty dark, the snow on the ground could still be seen clearly as if it were mid-day. It was un-touched. In the clearing, a huge manor stood. Its roofing was covered in snow, but some spots were uncovered, revealing a black, sheer, roofing. There were stairs leading to the front door. The door was beautiful. It was stained glassed, like many of the other windows, but this one had the most unique pattern.
I couldn't help but gasp. This sight was breathtaking. The manor was hidden behind the fog, and the newly falling snow. The ever-greens behind it were sprinkled in white. Every sense of life around this magnificent place was frozen, dead, yet so alive. This was...ominous.
The strange man lead me to the door. Oddly enough, I follwed, some may say this was stupid of me, but no, this was instinct. Something bad was going to happen outside...I felt it.
Inside was even more stunning than outside. Red velvet and gold plattings were covering the funature. The curtains were red, with gold ropes holding them open, only to reveal the crystalized water still lightly falling outside. A light violin played in the backround. Probably a recoring but it sounded so real. The strange man now developed some kind of respect, because he gestured for me to take off my coat. So I did. He took it gingerly and place it in the closet, then slowly vanished.
I walked around, this place was even more gorgeous than I thought. Paintings were adorned on the walls. Exotic looking plants surrounded the halls, and still that music could be heard. Just as I was about to finish my snooping, the strange butler like man from before appeared infront of me.
"You must go downstairs. Master LockHart wishes to see you." He said, slowly turning from me, gesturing me to follow.
Downstairs we went again. This time he led me into the living room. Everything was as beautiful as before but this time, there was a old looking grand piano, a fire that was at full blaze, and a picture of a gargoyle right about that. Infront of the fire was a chair. A chair that held...someone.
The butler vanished.
"I've been awaiting...", Said the man...
