The Healing Wolf
Long ago in a distant land, a white witch raised a white wolf pup. The white witch taught the white wolf healing spells to heal any illness or injury. The white witch took the white wolf everywhere in his village to aid him with his many house calls. The white wolf soon grew up to an adult wolf and the white witch grew older by the passing months. Soon the white witch died of old age, having another to help the village if needed, and left the white wolf to take his place.
The villages secretly hated the white wolf and believed that it would soon cause trouble in the villagers’ livestock and water supply. The villagers also believed the white wolf cursed the dead white witch and the villagers chased the white wolf out of the village. After two weeks with the white wolf gone, the village was struck with an uncurable illness and the villagers died without the help from the white wolf.
Soon the white wolf found another village to call home. An old man welcomed the white wolf into his home with open arms and the old man quickly found out the white wolf’s hidden powers. The old man told the rest of the villagers the next day by demostrating the white wolf’s powers by cutting a line on his arm with a knife. The villagers were amazed when the white wolf healed the old man with just three tear drops from his eyes and the villagers quickly showed the white wolf the ill and injured people. A child who was unable to see the world was able to see by just thw white wolf touching the child’s forehead with his own. A young man who was unable to walk with two injured legs was healed by the white wolf just by laying across the young man’s legs. A newborn baby was stillborn but was brought back to life by the power the white wolf had preformed. The villagers soon forced the white wolf to cry in bottles to store its tears for further use.
One day, a group of banditts stormed through the village. The villagers begged for mercy and the leader of the banditts agreed but to have the white wolf as a prize for his collection of wolves. Feeling like there was no other choice, the villagers handed the white wolf over to the banditts and the banditts rode away from the village. Two weeks after the white wolf left, the village was struck by lightning and the villagers were burned to death.
Having a new home with the banditts, the white wolf was forced to heal battle wounds from a long day of invading villages and attacking rival gangs. The white wolf was never treated like a welcomed guest like he was when he was with the dead white witch and the old man from the now burnt village. The white wolf never liked to see people cauing pain to others, so the white wolf had enough with this new ungreatful life. The white wolf stepped up to the leader of the banditts and shouted, “I WILL NOT TOLURATE THE WAY YOU TREAT MANKIND AND ANIMALS!!!MY HEALING POWERS ARE MENT TO HEAL THOSE WHO ARE GOOD AND FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN IS EVIL IN ALL OF YOU THAT STAND BEFORE ME!!! FROM NOW ON I WILL HEAL THOSE WHO NEED IT THAT HAVE A GOOD HEART AND CARE ABOUT OTHERS!!! IN RETURN FOR MY SERVIES, I REQUEST FREEDOM!!!” And with that, the white wolf disappeared, leaving the banditts dead at their headquaters.
As ages passed, the white wolf helped the ill and injured and his last request was to be free again to help others in need. Every village he went to, the villagers became so attatched and begged and even caged the white wolf just so they can be healed. But by containing the white wolf, the white wolf grew angry, escaped from his prison, and then the village would be hi by the white wolf’s curse. Nowadays, the white wolf goes by the name the Healing Wolf. Remember to pass on the knowledge of the Healing Wolf to others. Tell them if they see a white wolf that can heal people, remind them to set him free so he can help other people in need or else be hit by the Healing Wolf’s curse.
