tab One day in a small town there lived the happy towns people. The happy towns people followed God's rule. The prayed and kept the Sabbath day holy by going to church each Sunday. Little did the happy towns people know there were night dwelling underground villagers. They loved the rain.
tab That one day was a Sunday. It was raining and the underground villagers came out to play. All of the happy towns people were hurrying up the hill to church, for the rain was really coming down.
tab Among the hurrying people was a child. Her skin was as white as snow, her hair as black as night, and her eyes were a dark chocolatey brown. She walked into that little church on the hill, flipping her dripping hair. Every bleached, sunkissed church goer stared as she walked down the aisle. Her short black dress clung to her small frame instead of a billowy skirt most women had on.
tab As church started she listened quietly. When they sang, she sang. One happy towns woman thought she saw two little fangs protruding from her mouth.
tab They had Confession and the girl's paper burnt like everyone elses', at first. When she dropped it into the bin it burst into flames! Everyone near jumped back in fright, some covered in ash.
tab Near the end during Communion a eucharistic miracle happened. Her Host, once put on her tounge, turned into the Body and it bled in her mouth. The girl opened her mouth to the priest wondering if that was supposed to happen. He gasped and tried to take it from her mouth. She almost bit his finger off and she sucked the blood from it.
tab She took the floppy skin from her mouth and placed it in the priest's hands. She went on in the line, the priest looking at her like she was Satan in person! She kindly rejected the Wine from a shaking hand and went up the aisle. She was leaving for all of the people too afraid to kick her out.
tab The door opened, and the happy towns people saw her smile with devilish fangs fully seen. The girl from underground left the screaming church on the hill, for rain, and went down the hill.
tab Her boots squealed on the ground as the little market boy went up the hill, covering his basket. He swore he heard, barely over the rain, a malicious laugh from the small, dark, angel girl.
THE END.
