• She ran as fast as she could, but her body grew heavy and began to fail. "Mom! Dad!" She screamed as loud as her body would allow her. Though she had no anwer she continued to scream for them, hopping by some miracle they would hear. In those deep woulds all she could hear was herself and nothing and no one else. It was as cold as it could be, and the mid-day she had fled in had become mid-night. Out of breath and gasping for air she fell to the ground.
    Pulling her aching legs to her stomach, she was able to curl her legs up into a ball for warmth. There she was lying in the middle of the road. Her stomach growled for lack of food. How she wanted to use her magic to get her out of there, but she didn't have enough energy. While lying there she felt powerless,weak,useless,and alone. How she feared the thought of the gaurds finding her. But for the moment the gaurds were no longer her enemy. Now it seemed as if silence became her enemy. Before long her mind filled with horrible thoughts that soon....
