I laughed
You cried
I smiled
You sighed
I walked
You stood
Just like I knew you would
Your skin was stone
Just like your heart
Your eyes were Roan
From the start
Don't say the things you mean to say
Because you'll hurt me anyway
Just know that I was by your side
You cannot run, you shall not hide
From this connection you once called love
I won't push no I won't shove.
Just call my name once again
You shall see that I will remain
Because I was true
And you were a lie
Doesn't matter how much you plead
You'll still cry.
Don't wipe the tears that never fall
Because I know you don't care at all.
My life is good now that you've left
Don't worry about me because it's singing like a note
and shaped like a cleft.

- Wow, I really liked your poem. There was something very true about it. I can relate to how the speaker feels, so it touched something in me. smile Well done.
