- It's too out of focus. The composition is a bit bland. I believe it is because of the way you have centered the subject straight on that technique usually does better when a person or figure is the subject but not flowers. Try approaching from a different angle to emphasize the shapes and convey depth rather than making the flower look flat.

- Pretty flower, but there isn't any pop to this shot. Maybe if you had taken this from a lower angle and gotten the focus on just one of the petals it would have added some zing to it.
