Humm, the idea is cool and I hope you continue on your story, the name is great n.n
Just a few advices. The left wing... I'm not sure but I think it should be behindher hairnot in front. The body proportion in general isn't bad, but the face proportions are uneven. See a skull shape to get an idea about a human's head.

- Honestly, this can be much better... but we all have to start out somewhere! I think it would help you a lot to take a figure drawing class, and maybe watch come how-to-paint-in-photoshop tutorials on youtube. You have the desire and the skill, so keep at it!
