Her hands are weird, but if her arms were proportional, her hands would be off the page and that would be fixed. Hands are really hard to draw. A trick I use is to hide them whenever possible if they don't turn out right.
Sorry if it seems I ripped apart your hard work but I know how hard people are to draw. I'm just trying to give pointers. I tend to constantly pull pics off the web for reference when I'm drawing people.

I was going to comment on the coloring, but I know nothing about doing that on the computer... at least not with some shading, too. So just in general, she looks too stiff and unreal. Her eyes are empty I know, but even if they weren't, she would look the same.
Tips: make sure your drawings have correct proportions.
Ex. neck too large, arms too skinny and too short, thin part of body too high, shoulders too pointy and stiff, and, idk how else to say it, it looks she has 80 yr old breasts. - Report As Spam
