I know I went quiet for a bit but I had a huuuuuge art block as of late :( . But my good friend Drake requested a picture of a blue haired mermaid and after I started I got bogged down in the water background so I decided to change it up a little :). This was my first time doing any sort of bird(and I absolutely love Phoenix), but I'm proud of how I did.
