- Me being a skilled artist myself i would put a headband on her with a ribbon on it 2 the side of her head 2 accent her eyes and her kimono. Also u could smooth out the lines of her bangs 2 give it the smooth elegant look. and i would complete the lining of her mouth

- u make the eye one color then on another layer color half of the eye a darker color then the original color then u smush it. (it may be sumging it into white but it works) :3
