I kinda -cough- bsed this ^___^;;;;
it was on small paper, which is why there is lack of detail.
I lived in Guatemala for all my life and I now go there during some breaks to our house, so I decided to make a Hetalia OC, haha to me she would be a girl cause its so flowery and pretty there XD the Bird is a Quetzal btw, the national bird. The colours in the bg are supposed to be like the flag pattern, I didn't want to go too detailed on this.
