The head proportions are off, and the ruffles on the maid's hair are unrealistic.
The folds, you should look up some tutorials about anatomy, and the folds on clothing. If you'`re not going to put folds in the right places, ( such as the skirt and around the abdominal area ), then you should not be putting folds at all. - Report As Spam
