I did this entire thing digitally on GIMP and it took me 4 hours x.x But I am rather pleased with the result so I'll get over it lol But yes, I don't have a graphics tablet so that means I did every little thing that you see via my tiny little touchpad on my laptop. Woot!

Oh wow, this is excellent, considering you did it using a touchpad.
There are a few things you could do differently, but nothing I'd be able to help you with.
Although, it would appear that you forgot to blend three strokes in the left part of the hair. :3 - Report As Spam
