Sakurazaki Setsuna from Negima.
I spent about 5-6 hours drawing her (including breaks,switching between schoolwork and this) so it turned out a little better than I expected I suppose. It's my first time drawing her so yeah.... It's not exactly like the reference image, but it was the best I could do.
