This is my first time submitting art! :D It's my first shot at realism, and I tried my best. My scanner is dead, so this is taken through my camera.. which it -still- killed the quality. The red poppy's shading is so much darker..
Anyways! This is drawn with black colored pencil (and reds) on watercolor paper, for texture. And I used black acrylic ink and an ink pen to do the drips and what not. I hope to win, so vote for me? :3

- This looks like a drawing coming from an anerexic girl, but of course, you definitely wouldn't be one right? But yeah, I like the portrayal of this. The way they see beauty in their eyes. I love this, especially the bright red flower.

- if you drew whats in your postformat, then you are much much better at realism. Stick to it, but probably study anatomy. The shading is very good but if you are going to do realism you need to study up on proportions. 10/10
