I did this in grade 5 or 6 [I think...] and entered it into an art contest recently [because I was too lazy to draw something specifically for the contest...xD] and it actually won something o.o [2nd place xP] There's a lot of mistakes now that I look at it...xP But I'll enter it anyways and see how it does in the arena, since it actually won something in an IRL art contest. xD

- This is great for a 5th or 6th grader. It's not bad for someone older. I think there should be a little shading in there, though.

i took a still life class so i can see the little mistakes too, but for you doing this in 5th or 6th grade this is excelent.!
i would give the background more of a sense where the light source is coming from, and the shadows of the fruit in the basket could be darkened a bit to distinguish the fruit from one another and make it more dramatic. - Report As Spam
