- Description: It's called "the Pikachu who cannot be caught," because well, he can't be caught. Which explains the pokeballs just layin' around him. He became mentally ill from repetitive strikes to the head, due to poketrainers and their damned persistence to capture this pokemon. Some people suspect that the toast it holds gives this particular Pikachu some sort of invulnerability to being captured.
