i dont have a name for this character, but i love his hair!X3!!
he is a skilled samurai who likes the color blue, he only has one eye because of an unfortunate encounter, however he does not like eyepatches so he brushes alot of hair in his face to avoid stares ;3 go figure.
I used sumopaint.com to color it in, its a free web coloring program very close to photoshop so check it out;D!!!
