Oh, Popple stole something again. Probably the Jewel of Majeena or something. He's silly like that.
He's also my favorite M&L:SSS character. I felt really compelled to draw him in my own style. This actually didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would....
Then again, the curve too is one hell of a tool. The straight one, too.
Popple himself was done in paint, I just added in the rain, special effects... All that fun stuff on PS7. ;D
