One of the Elves from The Spiderwick Chronicles. Sadly, in the movie they cut out the elves and replaced them with sprites.
I couldn't find a good reference picture, but if you look in Spiderwick: Lucinda's Secret, you'll see Jared, Simon and Mallory with all three elves.
I decided to draw her because she caught my eye, and happened to be one of my favourite characters.
